This shop has a great selection of designer frames (Chanel, Tom Ford, etc) and excellent customer service. Ordering was easy and my glasses were ready to pick up in less than a week.

I do not understand two weeks ago I went into this store as I have many many times over the years. I did not wear a mask at this time. Nothing was said and I was fitted. Today I went back to pick them up. I walked into the store with three other people all face diapered up. I thought oh well guess they like them. Then the girl came out I to,d her why I was there. Almost panic stricken she ask me if I had a mask. I said no I do not. She promptly told me I needed one. I was confused as according to the CDC we don t have to wear one any longer if you have been vaccinated or you just want to. I told her this. She replied with its private property we can make our own rules. Followed with I guess I can hand you the glasses. I said really I need them adjusted. Well you will have to wear a mask. I said I don t have one. I was told they had one. So one has to wear another mask just to get a pair of glasses adjusted but not fitted. After she adjusted the glasses I was handed the glasses. No check to see if I could read or see. No bag no cleaning solution or cleaning cloth. All of this for a 1,000.00. Guess I will have to go back with another mask because I do not think I can see out of these. What a total bummer.

I love Demetri at this location, he's a sweetheart with a lot of knowledge.

I bought glasses and when I went back to tell them that the progressions we not aligned properly, they blamed me said I needed to raise my chin and maybe it was time for an exam with my eye doctor. I just left my eye doctor, not only are these cheaply made glasses over priced, but the progressions were way to low. Total rip off.

The people here offer super service! Our experience has been that they are happy to go above and beyond expectations to keep customers happy. It helps that they have a useful supply of spare parts and are more than willing to use these parts (free of charge) to keep our glasses in perfect condition. We highly recommend this shop for all glasses and sunglasses needs!
