Was given the wrong information for months by a member of staff called Josh , caused me a lot of unnecessary stress and anxiety ! Please do your homework before you advise a parent !

Terrible at keeping in contact. Have let my family slip between the cracks, last heard from them over a MONTH ago and before that a YEAR. Not impressed at all.

utterly useless. my partner complained to julie willis about some poor wheelchair man left in the street begging for money and to be pushed to the shops and she did absolutely nothing even after photos were sent in. spoke to residents in the street and many had tried to contact her and showed me literally 100s of photos. appaling. and she's a safeguarding lead apparently. terrible company.

My son is being assisted in his search for full time employment by a really helpful and friendly guy here.
