Brenda is amazing! Such a real person and when our fridge broke, she got us a brand new one the next day! It is refreshing to have a landlord that actually cares!

Brenda is the best! She goes above and beyond to help me and all of her other tenants. The review by Steve Davidson is ridiculous. I bet this guy never dealt with Brenda. Everyone knows a deposit is to hold the property, which is forfeited if you back out of the deal. EVERY COMPANY DOES THIS. Don't listen to the clueless- Brenda is the best thing that has happened to me and she believed in me when I could'nt rent from anywhere else. She provided me a home. Trust in Brenda!

They have great outdoor seating. Felt very safe eating there. It's one of our favorite hamburgers but something was missing. Didn't have much taste. Maybe a new cook??

I made several attempts to call Brenda and she was almost always late on returning my calls or sending out maintenance to fix things in my apartment. I even let her know that my apartment has a cockroach problem to which she didn't do anything about. Needles to say I alerted the BBB and only then did she kind of step up. Definitely would not recommend these services.

Moved into a rental unit feb. 24th of 2021, same day we moved ALL of our stuff into this place we found out it was cockroach infested. 100s of cockroach s were found and bob the bug man had to come and bomb the entire apartment, they had to come back and do multiple sessions as well due to there being so many. Found old tenants garbage all over the apartment who hadn t been actively living there for 4 months. Luckily got out of the lease and got a full refund! But there was clearly no inspection done prior to us moving in and we were told it would be deep cleaned which also was not done. Very unprofessional and disgusting, would not recommend to anyone!!! Landlord - Brenda Lipkie (Thomas) became very spiteful after we contacted her to get a refund and told us we were the problem, calling her too much with issues that she should have taken care of before allowing new tenants into this unit.

i have been renting with Brenda Lipkie (opportunity realty) for more than 5 years and i must say it has been very pleasant in the space that I rent . Brenda really seems to care and want to help her tenents have an affordable and safe living space, Since i've lived in rochester for more than 10 years Brenda Lipkie seems like she is trying to make a difference with affordable housing and I would totally recommend checking her realty company out if your looking to find fast affordable housing plus pets are allowed

Ive never met someone so dedicated to making sure you have a place to call yours and giving you the opportunity to become better. i got to move into my new home in less than a month. That shows you that Opportunity Realty cares. Im am beyond grateful to be in network with this company! :)

She is very dialed in on the market on rents, and has worked very hard to keep them full. I appreciate the hard work she puts in and would suggest to anyone to try her service. Brenda is an amazing person that truly cares about her clients. She is passionate about helping people. She was able to get my son into an apartment with low credit while no one else would.

Its so sad that this company cant have some compassion on a young family. 1350 dollars where paid to an agaent one week prior to moving in then unfortunately the tenant was laid off. I understand that taking this property off the market for one week costs the company money. But to take that amount of money from a family stuggling to find a place and make ends meet just speaks volumes to the moral compass in which this company stands. Please be careful dealing with Brenda from this company. I just expected more from a small local company that claims that they care about the local candidates
