Wonderful program and the most sincere people, an organization to be modeled.

The instructors and case managers provide guidance and support to help their clients improve their quality of life and stay on the right track. There is a lot of assistance and positive reinforcement towards finding employment and being responsible and productive.

They actually care and will help u with jobs or housing assistance

This place completely changed my life for the better. I highly recommend this place to anyone getting out of prison who is trying to turn their life around.

They do vital work in the community. I would recommend that everyone support them.

Everyone talks about giving second chances, and wishes they could help make a difference in their community. Operation New Hope is actually doing both! The staff at ONH will provide your business not with minimally capable employees, but numerous, truly excellent candidates from which to choose. Because the ONH training program is voluntary, their clients have the necessary personal motivation to compete and succeed in your workplace. No matter your line of business or your position, I encourage you to partner with ONH for your next hire, or to sign up as a mentor to encourage these potential employees who are making positive changes to their own lives and our society as a whole.

As a recent graduate from ONH, I couldn't be happier with the outcome I've had. They found me housing within 48 hours of starting their class, treated me with respect, which for a felon isn't something to be taken lightly, and within 2 weeks of graduation they helped me find a job that actually pays more than I was making when I got arrested. The entire staff truly has your best interest at heart. If you put in the effort there's nothing ONH won't do for you. To Mr. Dinkins, Ms. Lois, Ms. Sanders, Mr. Lane, Mr. Cage, Mr. McCoy, Ms. Melissa, Mr. Scarborough, Ms. Foster, the intake staff, mental health staff and everyone else there, thank you from the bottom of my heart for believing in me and proving to me that I deserve a chance to redeem myself. #SecondChancesMatter

They accepted me into their program when I would've ended up homeless else wise. The gave me a second chance at life after prison.

This place is OUTSTANDING!! Just about all of the staff really want to help you. The Program Director, Mr. Reggie humbly carried a rather heavy food donated box by hands all of the way down then around to the back of the building, where he personally loaded it in the passenger seat of the vehicle I drove today!! Mr. Levi, Mr. Matthews, Ms. Meredith, Mr. Smith, and Mrs. Jamison, and Ms. Safira have personally had an effect on my success here in the program. You are giving help with public transportation, housing, job searching, resume building, I could go on and on if you really want to get a fresh start this is the place to go!

I had to take my boyfriend there . Its in a house like place you take the stairs then as you turn the office was right there. It had two lady's there . it was fast but they couldn't help us for personal reasons. Hope they can help you if you need to find a place to work after prison.. God bless

This organization gave me a future. Made is possible to rebuild my courage and self esteem. Paid for transitional housing while I took the Ready4Work classes. Gave me clothing, education on how to get a job and keep it and showed me a criminal background is just poor choices you made in your past and you can learn and grow into a productive citizen

Splendid organization helping those who need a second chance. The counselors are awesome and dedicated in helping others.

They do help people with felonies but some of the glasses are kind of repetitive and 2 months after graduation I still had not found a job. To be fair my situation was more complex and I do know people who have gotten jobs through them. And the staff is great.

Operation New Hope is truly a second chance for you to reinvent yourself.

Operation New Hope is one of the best nonprofit organizations EVER. They help so many people and give people hope. Mr. Mattews is a wonderful man and is heaven sent! (Everyone in the building is WONDERFUL)

ONH has great resources for people coming out of incarceration.

For you and me both, I just love a place where you can help yourself find a job and yourself too
