Bad company that refuses to delete account. Asked the company many times to delete, they always dance around the question then refuse to delete account. They then mention their silly terms. Is it really necessary to have an account to make a reservation. Trina is rudest person at this company. The best way to make a reservation now is to use a temporary disposable email, then they can't track you. Even better, just ignore them and call the restaurant directly to make a reservation.

Horrible privacy practices, will spam you incessantly once they have your information, as soon as you made a reservation, even if you did not create an account. Avoid restaurants that use their service, or just call the restaurant directly! It remains to be seen if CCPA will give their users a bit more leverage.

I have been an Opentable customer for 11 years and...

I have been an Opentable customer for 11 years and have 3 restaurants signed up for their services. This used to be a great company but unfortunately things have changed. Their performance and customer service is simply not sufficient. If starting a new restaurant, I would advice using a competitor unless you want to get stuck with horrible service

I used them once to make a last minute reservation. I did not know that by using this service, you would end up stuck with them forever. There is no way to unsubscribe from their service. I do not want to keep getting email promotions, etc. from them. Avoid them at all costs.
