I have been using this dealership since I got my brand new Acura RDX from them in April 2008. Although they are highly expensive, they know their stuff and try their best to give you the best service. My car still runs like a new car because they take super good care of it. But geez, they sure are expensive, but for a luxury car, I really can't complain much.

Open Road Acura is the best,Humberto and Joana went above and beyond to help me but two cars! No haggling, no fuss and no issues! Joana the service manager is friendly, understanding and goes ABOVE and beyond to make your experience an excellent one. I highly recommend using them for all of your purchases and service.

Great service from a great team. I received all star service from Mohammed Ammar during my most recent visit. He explained all the services my vehicle was needed to have at this time. His repair team was done in a timely fashion while I entertained myself in the waiting area. The waiting area has 2 Tv's, complimentary coffee, complimentary bagels and even gronala bars. I won't he going anywhere else when my car needs service.

Spoke to Waldo on the phone to verify availability of a certified vehicle on the website. The vehicle was waiting for me when I arrived. A road test, a trade in of my old vehicle, and I was back on the road in a few hours with a new vehicle. Waldo and the rest of the staff are knowledgeable and courteous. Because of this, the transaction went extremely smooth.

I had an issue with my car that was going on ever since i purchased my 2018 Acura MDX i've was having issues with my apple carplay and once i brought it to attention of the service manager, Joana; she personally got my car good as new. Ever since i brought my car to this dealership i've never had a problem with my apple carplay ever again.

Have purchased 7 cars from this dealer over the years and I will say I am always very satisfied with the service and experience. They were able to help us out with our situation even though there was not a lot for them to gain. I feel they went above for us, and my wife and I are grateful for their help. Nick Sari (Sales Consultant) was the epitome of no-pressure sales and patient with me as I test drove couple of vehicles. The negotiation with Adam Links (Sales Manager) was one of the best I ve had the pleasure of conducting. I drive past Open Road Acura on my way to and back from work. I was coming to an end on my lease and wanted a different vehicle. I stopped into Acura and my sales person Humberto helped me with all everything I wanted. Answered all my questions and concerns and continuously followed up with me. This has been one of the smoothest and fastest services I ve had in a dealer. I would recommend to a family and friend for their next car buying experience.

Worst possible dealer I purchased two pre owned cars from them, one 2011 BMW X5 and the other a 2012 Acura TL. The BMW engine blew up with 3000 miles and they knew it was bad when they sold it, never took responsibility, I sent them several emails with copies of the receipts and never took the moment to acknowledge any of them. The TL they sold me supposedly it was accident free, turns out later that I had frame damage from a bad front right accident. The service department sucks. The TL was actually crashed on their dealer lot before I picked it up they sent it for repairs trunk latch was never fixed I found out later they say is not their problem.

Their car wash bristles will scratch your car paint all over and they say is not their fault.

Update, the 2012 TL they sold caught fire mysteriously in Jan. 2016 with only 28k miles on the odo, fire started right front passenger side where the car had the frame damage.

Open Road is the place to get your new Acura. Start to finish it was a really easy and pleasant experience. Humberto Cruz was fantastic! Super knowledgeable and friendly - a real asset to the Open Road family. Thank you, Humberto for providing a first class experience!

If you like overpriced fees, this is definitely the dealer for you! $940 "reconditioning fee" on every used car is something I haven't seen in my 15 years of buying over 10 used cars. Best line was this fee "was commonplace at all dealers" - that's an outright lie. Their $699 "documentation fee" is about $200-$300 higher than the BMW and Audi dealers I went to the day before - keep in mind this "documentation fee" is almost 100% profit, yet Adam the sales manager refused to budge on either fee. Extremely disappointing that these exorbitant fees are in place, and the dealership hopes that uneducated buyers either don't see them or makes them think they are commonplace. I will never go back to this dealership again.

Totally amazing experience...Pedro Diaz was the best!! He was super friendly and down to earth. Didn't make it feel like pressure from a car salesman. When I found out the car I wanted was NOT available, he provided options that didn't feel like a scam. Nor did he try to just put me in something else.

We had just come out of a bad experience with another dealership. It was such a pleasure to do business with Sabir and Jesse. I filled out an online application in the morning and Jesse immediately called my son to arrange a meeting later in the afternoon. When he got here Jesse was with another customer so Sabir stepped in. He is very pleasant and friendly. We ended up buying the truck and it was such an easy process. It could normally take hours and hours but Scott in finance got the approval and the paperwork done in no time. I would definitely recommend this dealership and will come back.

The service department here is great. Julio Moromisato is an excellent technician with a lot of experience and I won't take my car to anyone else. I have been going to him for 5+ years whether it's for a routine service or modifications. There s lot of communication gap between the agent on phone to the current person working at the location
Person in phone would accept your requirements and concerns and sounds like a deal Is done and asks to visit the dealer and drive home with the car but the people working at dealer would come and say hey sorry we donot think they should have confirmed your car and we have new pay structure and new monthly payment and so on
So it s a waste of time investing in this dealer

It was that time for me to make the switch from a sedan to an SUV. Since I commute to the city for work and really only use my car on the weekends, I was not looking for a brand new car but instead a very nice used one. I looked at a few different cars at a few dealerships but the pushy sales people were a big turn off. I ended up looking at the Alfa Romeo and although the experience at the dealership was great, I was not impressed with the inside of the car. I wanted that new car feeling even though I was looking at used cars. I had one last car on my list and this brought me to Acura of Wayne. I called before arriving and asked if the car I wanted to see was available. I spoke to Jessie who confirmed the car was there and I could come in to take it for a test drive. When I arrived Jessie introduced my husband and I to Jose Diaz. I havnt had too many experiences with car dealerships prior to this day but I had already read online about pushy sales people and shady dealers so I was mentally prepared for the battle. Luckily Jose was none of the above. We took the car out for a test drive and Jose answered all my questions about the car and all the technology that came with it. He was extremely patient while we were back at the dealership and I was crunching numbers and again asking so many questions. I wanted to feel 100% sure this is what I wanted. I never felt rushed despite the dealership being crowded with plenty of potential buyers. I asked questions, went back to the car, came back with more questions but I was still feeling unsure about the purchase. I asked to look at a brand new suv but only wanted the same exterior color, interior color and upgraded package. I knew this was not what I came in here for but I just wanted to see all my options. I never felt hesitation from Jose and most importantly, I didn t feel any pressure. We went back out for another test drive. He gave me a side by side comparison of the used and new car, what the cost would be, what my payments would be etc. Obviously the new car was more money. We crunched numbers again and gave Jose my bottom line. I tried to be fair but I also wanted a good deal. The manager Adam stepped in and I was sure he was going to give me the we re losing money on this deal talk. Instead Adam worked with me to get me to the price I was comfortable with. I came to the table with my own financing and Acura matched the terms exactly. Scott the finance person was the icing on the cake. He was so funny and pleasant and never tried to upsell me anything. He really made the whole experience that much better.
I was there for hours because I was unsure and thanks to Jose s patience and welcoming demeanor I left with a brand new car at a price I was extremely happy about. Thank you Jose for literally spending the whole day with us. I m so happy with my new car!

This was the MOST convenient car sale I've ever experienced! My sales associate Nahel gave 110% along with her sales managers
, Fabio Auteri and Daniel Pacheco. They really listened to what I wanted in the MDX for an affordable price, and did everything they could without spending 6 hours in a car dealership. I had a positive experience at Acura of Wayne. My salesman Sabir Miah was very helpful in my selection of my 2018 TLX lease. Sabir explained all the features of the vehicle before and during our test drive.
The dealership had a extensive inventory which made selecting the right vehicle ,color and options painless.
I feel the negotiation process with Sabir and his sales manager Adam met my one main requirement for a positive experience in any dealership...the agreed upon deal was exactly it! No hidden fee's , problem with the trade in. I got the car at what I felt was a fair deal.
The vehicle was detailed while I was completing the paperwork and Sabir followed up with me to see if I had any issues. Overall I would highly recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone looking to buy or lease a new car.

I initially contacted open Road Acura Wayne last month in regards to a pre owned MDX I was interested in. I spoke to a lady named Aname, which was very nice over the phone. Picked up a TLX for my daughter. I was welcomed by Nahel, who ended up helping me out, she was fantastic!!! She was extremely thorough and patient! ( I had so many questions). Upon delivery, she advised me due to COVID- 19, she wasn't going to be able to get in the vehicle with me to explain the features of everything, but she happily sent me video tutorials which were so helpful for my daughter and I, she also offered for us to come back when things were a bit better for an actual tutorial which I thought was more then fair!! Safety first of course! Everyone else, finance manager and sales manager, were pleasant, not too pushy, yet helpful enough to guide me to the right terms. Thank you guys so much!!

Jarred showed me the vehicle I was interested in, took me for a test drive, and I fell in love with the vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Christie Reichert, my Finance Manager was also outstanding. She quickly took care of all my paperwork, and was so courteous and professional. The customer service at Open Road Acura of Wayne is the best I've ever found in a dealership. I/my family have now leased my last four cars from them (dating back to 2009) and have never been given anything less than the best possible service and deals! So much so that I now live in Virginia and still went all the way up to Wayne, NJ (686 miles and 12 hours roundtrip) to lease my most recent TLX. I worked with Elka and trying to meet my needs and budget from four states away, she was very responsive over email and phone and helped get me into the vehicle I wanted so I only had to make one trip up to turn in my existing car and lease and drive back to Virginia in my new one. Can't say enough about Elka and the entire team at Open Road of Wayne. I wouldn't lease or buy an Acura from anyone else!

Dealer Acura, they make you waste your time. We went to find out a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan, we found it in good condition, but it had a half cracked headlight, the worn tires, obviously because it is a used car, we saw the fixed cost that they had put on their Facebook page $ 8,300, Mr. Humberto J Cruz was kind in attending us, but we talked about whether we could fix the price, so Mr. Humberto told us that he should talk to the manager, he left us with the car, when we returned he told us that the car had an imperfection and that it was convenient for them to take the car like this because they have a good reputation, we insisted on knowing what the car was like, then Mr. Humberto, he went back to find out, (we think). After a few minutes we I had to pay a total of $ 11,000, but what made us a $ 500 reduction, that is, $ 7,800 would cost the car at the end, but from where $ 11,000 total? They wanted to charge so much The fee, taxes, car delivery, car wash,. We had a certified check from another bank of ours with less interest, in the end we thought that as this Dealer does not want to lose, rather to win ..! They wanted to sell us The car ?! or not ?! Do they put a "deceptive" cost? ? Osea that we handle about 35 minutes from our house .. We called before going to the place and they did not communicate ANYTHING! Only that the car was still for sale, in a few words they did not want to sell the car. They want to earn Como of place, as they are going to increase almost 3000 $.

I've been servicing my 2007 Acura TL and 1999 Acura TL with Julio Moromisato for about the last 4 years. He is one of the reasons I continue to go back to Open Road Acura of Wayne. He takes the time to explain the issue with the car and why its in my best interest to get it fixed. Julio also provides tips on preventative care so I don't keep running into the same issues. He's trustworthy and very knowledgeable and you can tell he loves his job and works on all cars as if they were his own. I'll continue to go back!

first let me say that none of this was the salesmen's fault, he was kind and understanding through the process.

open road Acura of Wayne sold me a 2105 GMC Sierra that did not pass inspection. it needed new front brakes and rotors. on paper i have it that the dealer would pay the difference if the truck did not pass inspection. i am still waiting for them to acknowledge my many messages left on multiple answering machines i get routed to. today marks two months waiting for them to get back to me.

It was not very professional of them to allow me to drive an unsafe vehicle off of their lot.

Moreover it took over 50 days to receive a license plate i paid for the day of sale that i was assured would be overnight-ed to me in the mail. they allowed so much time to pass that the temporary tags expired before the permanent tags arrived.
