New to the area and needed to get broadband, landline and mobile. We were not getting Eir mobile as it was expensive but they got us a great deal in store. The house needed to be seen by an engineer and an appointment was made. It took 3 days from signing contract to getting on line! Awesome service from Eir.
You couldn't ask for more professional and friendly staff. It's a busy shop, so depending on who's in front of you depends on the wait
Customer service is a disgrace. I ve been trying to ring the shop for weeks now & it just goes straight to voicemail & I can t even leave a message.

Visited this shop on Saturday with my grandson who is on his Mom's Eir package and wanted to purchase a new phone . Sadly we were attended to by Allister . Rude and unhelpful so we went elsewhere and bought his new phone . Retraining in Customer Relations might help Allister.....or not.

Worst internet provider EVER. Constantly overcharging and their services like Eir Vision does not work. Spent hours on the phone to their Customer Service team with many promises to sort out, but nothing happens. Still not working AND still overcharging. AVOID AVOID AVOID
They cut my credit off one week before it was due to be renewed
Eir should learn from Jason and Tanya absolutely brilliant at trier jobs could not praise them enough
