I've had the most wonderfulest experience ever dealing with Open Door Dental. They are fast friendly and for the most part Fair. I recommend Open Door Dental to all my friends and family they're just great

Open Door Health Clinic is located at 309 Holly Lane in Mankato Minnesota. You will be greeted by a location that is easy to find, has ample and accessible parking for any and all. The building is warm and inviting inviting on the exterior and the interior offers excellent color choices in a large and spacious waiting room, and feels cozy private at the same time. The appointment desk is located just inside the door and new are handled most efficient Lee and respectfully with compassion, Care and concern communication their words and actions. experience with staff is friendly, courteous, cordial, respectful, private, and attention to detail always. You're gifted and talented family practitioners and highly qualified nurses will work to make sure your needs are being met. From beginning to end you will be treated very well. It is as if you're surrounded by your best friends and loving family who are thankful you've arrived and grateful they can be a part of your health dental and other medical needs. My experiences have been first class each time from beginning to end. I am thankful and grateful for Open Door health clinic and value their contribution to the community. I highly recommend this for any and all. Their fee's are on a sliding scale. All are welcome!

Open Door Health Center exceeded all my previous expectations. The facility is BEAUTIFUL, along with the comfortable and inviting examination rooms. They were able to assist me with payment methods, considering I have a high-deductible insurance. I was also informed that they offer dental and behavioral health services as well. I will DEFINITELY be back to ODHC!

Multiple unanswered calls. After leaving a voice mail, they promise to call back in the next business day but they never do.

Worst experience ever , no help, didn't even care, had worst pain ever, absolutely did nothing..I literally wasted my time.. I believe I was discriminated against, this place made me feel horrible....never again...never...very unprofessional.....

Needed to fill out an ROI to have my records transferred to a different dental clinic as another clinic offers a discount to my employer's employees. I filled one out in front of the girl at the front desk. I called a month later to make sure they were sent. The girl who answered said "we didn't get it. I don't know what to tell you. You need to fill out another one." Not sure what that means as I filled it out right there. I went in to fill another one out, the girl sitting in the front said they had 30 days to send them. I told her my dental appointment was the next day and she shrugged and said "not much I can do." Absolutely ridiculous and unorganized.
