Very inflexible company. They are also not affiliated with the Stichting Klantgericht Bouwen, that is a good thing. Better and house to be built by another contractor.

@Ooms 1: My questions do not concern a change in the prefab concrete shell. The exact reason for your inflexibility remains unknown.
@Oom 2: Would you like to first respond to questions via email, before responding to a review at Google?

As a developer, Ooms was ultimately responsible for the project and the communication during the construction process. Unfortunately they did not want to take responsibility for long construction times and they made choices to merge two building phases while there was insufficient manpower. Communication was also bad / limited - delays were only communicated after the buyers had asked what was going on. In short, a clumsy company.

Construction was delayed for 6 months, making the entire district look like a construction site for six months. Now that the houses are in place, all walls are crooked and the kitchen is not properly installed, but Ooms refuses to take responsibility. If you move to a house from Ooms you better find another house.

I can discourage everyone from buying new homes from Ooms. Massively bad communication during construction, but after completion the situation is even worse. 'Service' is not available. Everywhere we have to sit behind, and not once, not twice, no: up to ten times! Scandalous! I do not think customers exist for Ooms, customer service does not appear in their dictionary. If I could give less than 0 stars, they got that. We are still with unsolved defects a year after delivery and do not feel taken seriously.

Very low quality of construction. If bricks are turned upside down, this says more than enough. Too bad we were so happy with our purchase but the longer we are doing odd jobs the more defects we encounter ....

I advise everyone to think again before working with one of these companies or combination (USP-OOMS).
No communication at all during the construction process (except for the invoices). Not even that the delivery will take six months longer than promised!
Incorrect information was provided up to 3 times upon delivery.
Delivery points are reported poorly, or not at all.
Responsibility is not taken or even passed on.
Communication is downright bad and even rude (including false accusation).
These companies are not looking for a solution for the customer but only for their own wallet!
Instead of looking for a solution with the customer, they only make the situation worse!
Quality is a broad concept, but at these companies the quality is far below any arrow, even adhering to the standard is not in my view!
