This app is fenaminal! It was especially useful for me during the gambler 500 in Oregon where we got totally lost and were able to use the offline maps to get us back to town. I love all the features that I can turn on or off on the mobil and the desktop is even better at home. I will be keeping up my 50 state membership forever.
I purchased the elite program for multiple states. Great I can see the maps, but when I recently used the maps in Colorado the tracker was not keeping up. I hit the middle location tab lower right and the blue circle turned....awesome it has my location. I set a way point and keep on trucking. I the peeked at it again and noticed the tracker us stuck at my last location and that last location happened to be the area I was suppose to have my waypoint marked. Nope that waypoint was 2 miles back.
I used this last year and was happy with the results, but I'm now going to have to carry another GPS because I don't trust this one....thats the whole idea of trying to use this.
Customer service is way slow. Nobody is ever available to take a call & every time I've called in I was put on hold for infinity. They say the best way to receive customer service is to email them through their customer service link. However, that again takes time and could be up to 48 hrs for a reply. Awesome product, but they highly need better customer service.
Great product. Great product support. Had issue when number was lost and they fixed it in less than 5 minutes. Real people that care about their product, that's what you want.

Customer service is top notch, truly above and beyond. I recommend this app, and chip for GPS to EVERYONE! Get it. If you have any questions or concerns even comments call them. Hands down best customer service of ANY company I have called in years(and I work call center customer service)!!!
