How can any organization not understand that the only people who know what Wigwamen inc. is all about , are the tenants like us living in Estorada , and they have been the worst kind of landlords !
Milroy Hoosain should not ever be a manager ( 10 years here with lots of complains) as he is the discriminating , treathing , lying person who uses favoritism and harrassment as part of his management 'style' !
Just because he had this place suddenly cleaned and painted ONPhA decided to give them award ?
You should not give awards for landlords just because they are good at bragging, lying and entertaining your group!
You are spoiling the organization for other managers who are good at managing but not lying.
And just like Wigwamen inc. ONPhA does not seem to answer questions sent to them .
In ten years we have never gotten any answers from the Wigwamen inc. board and you give them excellence award ??????
