Greg did an excellent job of guiding me through the whole PR application process from the beginning, assessing the points, throughout the various stages of the application process to receiving the PR card. He gave excellent advise and responded to e-mails in a timely manner. Sometimes he would call me on the phone to nudge me along whenever I delayed to respond to e-mails when I was away in remote areas doing field work with limited internet connection.
