I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided by Onlogistic. Unfortunately, the company has shown a great inability to manage its own logistics, which makes me extremely worried about the quality of the service offered to third parties.
Lack of Support: The company doesn't answer their emergency phones, which is unacceptable in situations that require an immediate response. Furthermore, sending an email and waiting 7 days to get a response is completely inadequate, especially when it comes to urgent matters.
Poorly Designed App: The app developed by Onlogistic is extremely poorly designed. There is no clear and relevant information, which makes it frustrating and ineffective to use. My impression is that the developer had no idea what he was doing when he created this application.
Lack of Training: The company does not offer any kind of training for new employees, which is essential to ensure that everyone is prepared to carry out their duties efficiently. This shows a lack of concern for the quality of the service provided.
Selective response to feedback: Another worrying point is the way Onlogistic responds to customer feedback. I've noticed that the company only responds to positive comments, ignoring those that offer constructive criticism. This shows a lack of transparency and disrespect for customers who are looking to improve their services.
Given these points, it is clear to me that Onlogistic is far from a reliable company. There are other options on the market that offer a much better service. Honestly, I don't know how long Onlogistic will be able to keep this up.
I strongly recommend that the company re-evaluate its management and the services it offers, because customer satisfaction must be a priority. Otherwise, I believe Onlogistic will struggle to remain competitive in the market.
