This company is fraudulent. They sent a bill that is not factual from 5 years ago. Report them to the CFPB.

Received a letter from this company on 4/5/21 about a medical bill. I immediately called and spoke to someone on the phone and disputed this alleged bill. Told her I had been disputing this bill with the medical provider since I was originally billed by them , she stated yes , I see scans where you sent them certified letters disputing this bill I will have it investigated and someone will contact you within 7-10 business days. I received no call, no letter ... nothing from this company . I received an email on 5/1/21 from Equifax that this company added a collection to my account on 4/29/21. I disputed this alleged medical bill with them and the original medical company and they still have the time to add it to my credit report but not call me back ? How would the principles of this company like this to happen to them ? I don t believe James Blair, Marsha Blair, John Blair, Elizabeth Skains or Michael McCeney(Manager) would appreciate an item showing up on their credit reports for something that s clearly in dispute . As quickly as you did this to me with no hesitation or forethought the same can be done to the aforementioned above just as easily I assure you.

Online information services is 1of the best places I ve worked at. The family morale at this company is beyond Amazing. You really feel like your with your family and not coworkers. There s so much room for growth at this company and I learned some very important things from working here they helped me in my personal life especially far as credit and how important it is. Not only the family morale at the company but there a lot of things online offer there employees and also makes the job so Awesome. Did I mention how awesome our CEO is. He truly goes beyond for his employees and just all around a great person.

Impossible to deal with in a professional manner. Not interested in documentation that supports invalid debt claim. Ultimatum is to pay them or have disputed derogatory information placed on credit report. Will pursue via complaint to NC Attorney General's office.

Wouldn t give it 1 if i was able. I paid off my past due electric bill through company in June. Here it is August and it still was showing due. I have spoke with 3 reps since June that all gave me dates that it would be shown paid in full. I called today spoke with Michael which basically said I shouldn t be complaining since I ve owed the bill for a year!!! So you don t know why I haven t paid the bill I could have been paying in the hospital! Poor customer service. What s right is right and what s wrong is wrong. So now after being told 3 previous times it would be taken off collections I was once told that AGAIN by him and that it was just removed TODAY!!!! But it would take 30-60 days!!! But I paid it 2 months ago??? What a sad unorganized place of business

Absolutely horrible company! I don t understand how I have been calling for DAYS and still unable to speak to a person on the phone. I have tried every department even sales and still just sends me back to the same menu. The number they are posting under everyone s negative reviews sends you in the same loop as well. I will be reporting to the better business bureau. And all the scam 5 star reviews from people saying it s so nice to work there mean NOTHING when the actual customers are being neglected.

This company is fraudulent, go somewhere else!! They are only there to make money by any means necessary, and do not correct THEIR mistakes!!

Update: I just spoke with an Assistant Manager who was polite and helpful. As soon as the mistake is removed from my credit report, I will change review.

I didn't know about this debt until I got 10 point deducted from my credit report ?!!! Who, why when is unclear ?! YOU GAVE ME NO PRIOR NOTICE !! They just want money without giving you an explanation. Company employees plz STOP talking about the BS of "HOW AMAZING IS TO WORK HERE" nobody cares !!! It's amazing until you are on the other side of the fence ! I promise YOU will fix my credit.

Company did not properly notify me of a collection debt instead instantly add this debt to my credit report, I contacted company about this. Call back again to get a website only to get transferred and I still don t have a website address

Asked for debt validation and they sent a bill. Bill that states final bill 504.28 listed as commercial. I m a person not a business it also shows current electric usage 0 kWh 5.76. Now a strange thing it says cancelled charges 152.79 on the bill as well saying it was cancelled before another bill could be sent out making 5.76 invalid and not legit debt. Showing commercial as well is concerning. A manager took over the call and pushed back hard stating they r not required to send us a breakdown how we r billed. They r only required to inform us of the final bill. He declined my proof over the phone saying it s my burden to prove it s not mine. He also informed me over the phone that they r not required to follow the law and give us 30 days to show its not ours before reporting it to a credit bureau. He refuses to give me 2 weeks to file small claims to solve it and will put this on my credit report on the 10 of July and nothing I can do about it. I am now having to sue this company for damage of violating the law. Don t ever back down people others r fighting this company and u can too!
