Great advice and service. Though they could not fix the printer (its an HP ISSUE) they provided excellent diagnostics and advice. No Charge for their 30 minutes of time as they could not remedy the problem. Offered good ideas on how to recoup the lost $ on the poorly performing printer unit. Highly Recommended!

Friendly and honest people, quick repair turn-around and in my opinion, I was not overcharged. I would definitely recommend them. So glad I found them online. My little Samsung laser printer, which is no longer being made, is back to its old self and I am very happy with the service.
I've had the opportunity to work with Mike and his team for about six months now and have had a great experience. We've both purchased copy machines (Ricoh) and used their service/toner program. In both sides, they've done exactly what they committed to do. My best experience has been in the service side where the team is always quick to respond to any issue that comes up in the field - i.e., a new employee who needs scanning setup, a printing issue from a new software application, a printer that needs relocated to a new sales location, etc. I would definitely recommend Onit Office.
We have had an excellent working relationship with OnIT for several years now. Previously we owned our own printers, had to maintain them, fix them, etc.. which is not fun when you don't have an in house IT team. We changed to leasing printers with onit and not only is it less headaches for maintenance but it is cost effective as well. Mike and Brad and their team are fantastic people to work with and very reliable. Highly recommended!
Initially I had input a poor review regarding a situation I experienced with onit. I am now changing my review to 5 stars as the president of the company came to my office himself, to explain and resolve the situation like I've never seen before. I am glad we got everything straightened out, as the products are top notch!

I use these people for HP Designjet 500 plotter repair. Very good service, reasonably priced and prompt, and the plotter works really old even though it qualifies as a stone-age device.
I brought my printer in with an issue. They told me that it was an easy fix and instructed me on how to do it. Great customer service and honesty.
