I worked with Matt Crissman for a contract position they wanted to fill up. He set up an interview and cancelled because it conflicted with their time. He later asked me to send him dates that were suitable to me, which I did but he never got back to me. My biggest pain point is, he called me in the middle of my job just to go through my resume. He took 45 minutes of my time and couldn't have the professional courtesy of replying my email which he asked me to send. This is the worst experience I have had with a recruiter. A recruiter should be an effective communicator.
