Use at your own risk. I ordered t-shirts from them and everything came out fine. When I went to pick up the shirts, spur of the moment I decided to order some postcards too. I paid for them upfront and was supposed to send them pictures and information on what exactly I wanted on them. I ended up being so busy with new customers that I decided I didn't want the postcards anymore. I contacted the owner who said he would refund me, except for $60.

Uhhh. What? $60 for what? They did no work, no designs were made nothing. He refused to refund my entire purchase so now I am stuck with a nearly $400 charge for no product! I've tried disputing it with my credit card company, but as I have NO PAPERWORK or anything from them, I wasn't able to. So basically, they've stolen $400 from another small business owner.

Working with One Stop Guru makes running both my businesses so much easier! Owner Justin Wells "gets it", that printing and promotional items need to arrive on time, and be of the highest quality. I frequently get "wows" when people see the posters, business cards and other items that OSG has printed for me.
