Do not go there, I regret not looking at reviews first. They charge you upfront and they charge you more than your half. The dentist is not the one who did my fillings. When the lady did my fillings and was doing the floss the one filling broke off and she had to redo it. That should have been warning that maybe she shouldn’t have been doing it. Anyway she redid it and had the dentist came in and checked it, she said it was good. Well within 4 days the same filling was coming out again. I had to take an additional hour and half off of work for them to fix their mess up. I had asked several times who it was that did my tooth. They just ignored my question. I actually asked a few times in writing and they would still ignore it, finally I pushed it and they told me “Due to Confidentiality we are unable to disclose names but it was a certified dental assistant. She is legally authorized to complete your fillings”. This has been so shady from the start – I really don’t think that person is a Certified Dental Assistant who is supposed to do fillings. I believe the person was not legally qualified to do my filling, they wouldn’t show me their credentials. And if they are legal they definitely aren’t qualified. They are in-network but they still charge you upfront and they charge you more than your half.

I filed with the AG office and they only responded to part of the complaint. They completely avoided the part of the of complaint about the lady who did my filling was not legally authorized to do so. I am reasonably sure that she was not qualified nor licensed to do so. They wouldn’t give me her name to look this up because they said it’s confidential. I have someone working on me personally and I have no right to know who it is and if they are legal to be doing this. This was a huge red flag and I believe I am right about this. They will lie to cover up their negligence.

Another tooth just had the filling fall out and they wouldn’t do anything. So I am in pain and have a migraine because of it. I need to get into another dentist asap to get this taken care of but insurance won’t cover it because they already paid this company for their negligence. They need investigated for having employees doing things they aren’t qualified to do.
