Only concerned about getting paid. Not compassionate or understanding about what the client has going on. Will threaten to throw away important documents if they don't get paid when they want. Unprofessional service.
One Hour Delivery did a complex court filing and drop off for me, they were fast efficient and extremely professional. I received an e-mail confirmation my order had been received and upon completion I received via e-mail the file stamped copies. I highly recommend this service!
I found this company when trying to have a document authenticated by the California Secretary of State in Sacramento. We needed someone who could come and pick up the document, drive to Sacramento, wait for them to process and stamp it, and then drop it back off to our office. The driver made sure that he let us know exactly what they officials instructed him so that we would not alter the document in any way and make it invalid. Very professional in my opinion. I had called other delivery services and the price was astronomical compared to these guys. Plus they really knew what they were doing!
