Visited for afternoon tea, have only heard good things so had to try. Price wise, it is very reasonable for a highly rated venue. Food was very nice and a Charlie Chocolate Factory theme was interesting and unique. They were able to bring extra dishes upon request which was nice, some places would offer this without asking however. Still, highly recommended!

Amazing plush boutique hotel. Located within walking distance to Coventry garden and Leicester Square, and the west end. Love the lobby bar, food and cinema experience.

We went here for the Charlie & the Chocolate Factory high tea. It was amazing! Loved it!!!

First we waited in the Lobby Bar, which has super cool artwork and was named as one of the top 5 hotel bars in the world. Then we went up to the tea. Everything was delicious and beautiful. The staff was great and I appreciate their attention to food preferences or allergies. I can't do mayo and they had no problem accommodating me.

Delicious! Must go! You won't be disappointed.

We went there for The Charlie and the chocolate factory afternoon tea and it was absolutely amazing. Being a vegetarian its it's sometimes hard to get a good selection of sandwiches but they were so accommodating and offered 4 different varieties and had seconds. We followed up with the sweet selections and they were just as delicious, I think my favourite was the lemon drizzle cake and the chocolate mousse. The scones and candy floss was really nice too. Definitely worth the experience

Visited the Lobby Bar during October after having previous good experiences here. Unfortunately it was completely different this time. The service has decreased massively, almost felt like we weren t welcome. On arrival we were told they had no tables but there were at least 10 socially distanced tables. After pointing this out and a back and forth we were finally seated.
Ordered our first round of cocktails which were excellent and the only reason I gave this review 2 stars instead of 1.
After we tried to order an Old Fashioned for the trolley experience as we had seen someone else have it but were told it had been stopped for the evening. After reporting via Instagram this was not true and the staff member had lied. We believe they wanted the table back and needed as gone.
Will not be visiting again. Shame really as we love the Lobby Bar and had planned a stay at Christmas.

Afternoon tea was fantastic. More than enough food for 2 people, would probably be plenty for 4 to munch on with tea. The tea offered was fantastic and had a great variety.

Stopped here for cocktails and some snacks as the American Bar was full. Wow... this is our new favourite. Stunning hotel and bar. Truly magical at Christmas. My Singapore Sling was made perfectly and the cheese board was excellent. Will be back!
