Pay attention to buying electrical outlet products and daily necessities such as toothpaste, toothbrush, cosmetics, etc. You cannot enjoy discounts. If you want to buy these, you must go to the drugstore to get extra discounts.

The mall has a full range of items, as usual, good shopping and buying, and the addition of cosmeceutical products, it is easier to buy; but some Japanese service staff are very perfunctory and unenthusiastic (of course there are enthusiastic service staff), so the evaluation can only give three Stars

The electrical products on the fifth floor have 220V products specially designed for mainland China, so shopping on this floor is the longest line. It is best to reserve about 60 minutes in line if you want to buy on this floor!
The checkout method here is to check out each floor separately, so remember not to take things to other floors, the alarm will sound

Although there are some minor models of smartphone accessories, I was sorry that there was no important thing I wanted. However, there were so many Chinese people and there was a feeling that they were attracting customers as main customers.

Big store for duty free, good prices without tax if you spend over 5000jpy. We came for Japanese alcohol, particularly whisky and gin. Ok selection, with some top quality ones available. Gins ok, good prices, a couple to try from. Also able to buy souvenirs such as kit Kat etc

If you are looking for alcohol or as they call it ...

If you are looking for alcohol or as they call it here liquor, then try the ground floor of Bic.

I was after some Japanese whiskey and after walking around Namba looking, I found the best selection and pricing here. They didn t have any aged Suntory or Hibiki but I couldn t find them anyways and I was walking around.

Just beware and maybe I misunderstood but bring someone with you if you want to buy more than one bottle. The person at the counter said to me one per customer but that is what I understood it to be.

Please note the rating is only for the Japanese Whiskey and not the whole shop as I didn t get a chance to walk around it but it s massive.

A little on the expensive side but you'd be hard pressed too find everything you need all in one place. Great place to get gaming peripherals, especially English mechanical gaming keyboards.

Thank you for selling the muffin machine. The floor is very similar to the Taiwanese clerk. The service is super good and the explanation and packaging are very careful. Thank you very much !!

A specialty store with a great selection of electronic products. They prided themselves to carry a large collection of "for Japan only" designer products. If travelling to Japan, make sure you kmow where to find the place.

In the home appliances area, after waiting for 40 minutes after queuing up for the goods at the airport to be delivered, it was said that I could only limit one purchase. The merchandise display did not specify, it really treats people as idiots. I can only buy one, so I took away the delivery, and I was the second one at checkout. I never said, and it was my turn to tell me that no matter how good my cultivation is, I will be rotten. Crazy. Never go again, it sucks

The checkout is a nightmare. The first cashier I met was a Japanese middle aged woman who had a very bad attitude from the start. She also did not speak, understand, or read any languages other than Japanese. I changed to a different cashier. This time an intern. His attitude was good but he simply didn't know what he was doing. Clearly, there has been no training to handle tax free. I also wanted them to honor their promise to match the price of their competitors. Again, this intern cashier had no clue how to go about it.

After waiting for 20 mins while he went away to ask for guidance, he still had trouble handling taking the payment. He called for help but came another "intern" who also had no idea what he was doing and even with a bad attitude. Then came a third intern. Fortunately, she was polite and spoke Chinese. However, none of the three interns had any idea how to process the tax free and matching competitor price.

Finally, after half an hour waiting at the checkout counter, came someone who's not an intern and finally knew how to process the payment.

It was a disaster! Is it too much to ask to have staff who actually know how to take the payment stationed at the cashier? After all, isn't this the most basic function that a "cashier" should know? Also, shouldn't interns be supervised by a senior at all times before they know what they are doing? Where's the training of this store? And why some staff seem so unhappy, unmotivated, and rude?! It was the 4th floor checkout counter.
