With the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, I have taken a job that will allow me to work from home. Due to this, I needed to invest in some serious computer equipment for my business. From the start of set up, I was having issues getting everything functioning properly. One of my friends recommended that I reach out to Omnis Computers and speak to Clint directly. I gave them a call and sure enough I got Clint on the phone. He was extraordinarily helpful with getting my systems up and running. His knowledge and customer service was above and beyond anything I expected. I highly recommend this company for any and all local businesses that rely heavily on their computers to operate. They have gained a customer for life!

I realize they mostly, maybe almost exclusively, cater to businesses but they have fixed my personal computer s (an older laptop and my newer one) with amazing results.
Plus, fixed my printer that was jammed, no charge. Also, just called about a question regarding Vipre security and he helped me over the phone quickly. I had been trying for awhile to get the answer and he had it in less than a minute.
Very professional, helpful and friendly.

Kieran was above and beyond helpful. He was able to help me troubleshoot my problem over the phone and talked me through every aspect of what I was doing wrong (because I absolutely did something stupid). He made everything easy to understand and saved me so much time. I'll always be coming here with any future computer needs.

Was referred to Omni by a family member. Called, and a guy named Clint answered, said he was driving and took my number and asked to call me back. After waiting a week and not hearing from him I called him again. He apologized and said he lost my number. Had to give him all the info regarding my computer issue again. Said he was going to check with someone there to see if they had the part in stock and call me back in one half hour. waiting a week and just called back again. Clint answered, I asked if I could speak to someone else, as I didn't have much confidence in his ability to get me the answers that I have been waiting for for almost two weeks now. He wouldn't let me speak to any, surprise there. I WOULD NOT RECOMMED THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!!! If Clint can't be competent enough to at the very least return a call, they don't deserve my business.

Years ago I had a laptop problem, at that time I lived close and had passed the shop on many occasions and decided to give em a shot. I got the laptop back the very next day (Shame on you computer answers) surprisingly and was never again plagued with the problem. My current laptop is showing who's boss so they'll be another visit real soon.

Omnis always takes care of all of our computer issues timely and efficiently. Our practice has used their IT services for several years and we are very pleased. Most issues can be fixed remotely and you can continue on with your work without having down time, that is very important to us.
