We recently stayed at Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa and had an overall average experience. The staff was friendly and the amenities were decent, but there were a few areas that could use improvement. Firstly, the room was a bit outdated and could use some renovations. Secondly, the food options were limited and not very impressive. Overall, it was an okay stay, but I expected a bit more from a resort of this caliber.
