Can't say enough great things about Kabir! Unexpectedly I was under a time crunch to see him. He pulled out all stops to get me in and have my needs addressed which included meeting him at 6:45 Friday night after his clinic closed. Kabir - the type of professional customer service you provide is a lost art. Keep it up please! And thank you very much!

Kabir was fantastic to deal with and works hard to make sure things are right. I had him do some ear moulds for me for my Etymotic ER3SE headphones and couldn't be happier with the results. He also does in-ears and musicians earplugs there too and is a great choice for this because he does great impressions and has done his homework to ensure that he's using the best labs for the manufacture of the moulds. I can tell you this first hand that not all labs are created equal when it comes to manufacturing your moulds as I've seen some questionable ones lately. It's great to see Audiologists that take pride in their work (again not all of them do). I will be going back without a doubt.

My mother was is desperate need of hearing aids. It's a daunting task - and an expensive one to boot. My mother had hearing aids from another company and she ended up paying way more than she needed for aids that only caused her pain and discomfort. She went years without hearing aids because of this.

From the 1st encounter with Kabir, our experiences have been MORE than I ever anticipated. Kabir is one of those rare professionals who has a genuine concern for his patients, an honest respect for seniors (he made my mom feel very comfortable) PLUS he ensured that the hearing aids we purchased were within our needs and means, no over sell!!

On top of all of this, he has gone above and beyond with assisting my mother by visiting her because she is unable to leave her home easily.

This is something that we will never forget and forever be grateful for.

If you have family members who are in need of hearing devices, I can't recommend Kabir enough! You truly will not be disappointed.

I ve had hearing aids all my life and I have been to numerous hearing aid specialists before I tried Onmi Hearing in Oakville. I spoke with a gentleman named Kabir and setup an appointment to get my hearing aid diagnosed. While Kabir inspected my hearing aid he gave me a free hearing test to see where my hearing level stands. Kabir explained to me the importance of getting my hearing tested yearly so my hearing aids can be adjusted accordingly. I was told that my hearing aid can be repaired and the cost was very reasonable. Kabir showed me a few models that were a lot newer in technology than mine and said if I m interested I can get them and he will work with me to find out what I can afford and what my work place covered and what the government covered. After a few weeks I had a brand new set of hearing aids and was super happy with them. He even loaned me a temporary hearing aid until my new ones came in, showed me how to clean and maintain them. Over all I would say Kabir at Onmi Hearing has given me the best service I have experienced in regards to seeing and dealing with a hearing specialists. I highly recommend anyone that is seeking to get a new pair of hearing aids to reach out to Kabir, I guarantee you will be completely satisfied with the service and professionalism that I had experienced. I now have 2 sets of hearing aids to play with and I never have to worry about not having a hearing aid if one goes in for repair :)

Excellent quality custom moulded earplugs. One of the few places around to offer ACS musicians earplugs.

I have been working with Kabir for a number of years now. I highly recommend Omni to anyone who finds that they don't hear as well as they once did. Kabir fitted me with a modern hearing aid that hides in my ear canal. I have had no problems with it and now find that I would not want to live without. Omni provides excellent follow up service and monitors how well your hearing device is working for you.

Very professional and accommodating audiologist, with great customer service and lowest rates in the area. Stayed open longer than his usual business hours to pencil me in for a last-minute appointment, and addressed all my questions and concerns.

I got 17db ear plugs in the spring. I ride an Indian roadmaster and an m109r. 30,000 kms a year

I find now if I forget to put the plugs in if I am going to be riding for more than 30 minutes I stop, take off my helmet and put them in.

I know right away if I forgot them because the stereo sounds way worse and the background noise is annoying. If I ride without them for more than an hour my ears ring after.

Makes riding so much more comfortable and enjoyable.

I have only great things to say about the level of service and care we received at Omni Hearing. We ended up there because I was looking for a second opinion on my dad's hearing aids. The device had been deemed too old to service elsewhere. Kabir and his team were excellent. And, amazingly, they got the device working. Kabir was patient, taking time to walk my dad through a range of other options to consider if he ever needed them.
