Fast loading on building C. Friendly people. I was worried about all the bad reviews. Maybe i was lucky or they ve changed.

I had a load to deliver and was scheduled to pick one up for delivery in Houston, Texas.....showed up at 0900 and got unloaded in about an hour. It is now 1600 and i am still being loaded. This is a disgrace and the management should be embarrased. I will turn down any other load for this company, delivery or pick up.

People must hate their job. Pack a lunch if your delivering.

Usually can get in and out within 2hrs whether loading or delivering, office goes to lunch between 12-1pm so you cant check in between those times and far as being racist I've never experienced that when I'm there majority of the employees are black

Ridiculous place to do business with... unorganized. Looooong process to get loaded. Avoid if possible

Building B , check in for shipping, lady is crucial, keep your issues outside work place,
Loader , young man he is very helpful.
Short with a little English accent has issue with rushing you , my experience he approached me and telling me to rush securing my 43000 loads, it was less than 5min load on my trailer.
Drivers try to be careful and patient

Extremely slow! If you are picking up/delivering in door B5, make sure your bring food and drinks. If you are done under 2 hours, consider yourself as lucky! One door for pick up and delivery, this is insane! Never coming back here, never! And yeah I missed my next load, which was 5 miles away from here. I'm losing money and time because of this company. Huge disappointment

This place is a joke! If you are black brown do not load deliver here! They are very unprofessional and talk to drivers any way they please! This company is racist and should be shut down period.....
