Difficult experience overall. Communication was lacking, and the service did not meet my expectations. Would not recommend based on my interactions.

I hardly recommend using Olympia Services, they are extremely professional, they are very knowledgeable. The owner John, is always looking for ways to help their customers. John was always there for me and my family every step of the way trying to help me and my family with our water damage problem. I know of many companies that can do this, but Olympia takes it a bit further by going on and beyond.
