I liked it very much everything was clean and it smelled very good in the end I liked everything and the food very good

It is a very good hotel to disconnect. Spa, indoor pool, gym more than decent. The cleaning and reception service very correct. The restaurant maybe at breakfast could put more whole things.

We are at the hotel and have had to ask to have my room reviewed.
I don't think it's a four-star hotel, a broken minibar and the door has fallen. The dryer tube is not white but the dust is brown. The dirty table, the poster of the crooked box. The bathroom with the hairs of the previous ones. The bathroom door full of dust. And rusty bed bases. The faucets of the sink and shower are broken and colorless. I don't know if it has been bad luck because it is very crowded and I have touched the worst room. We are quite off.

We went there after finding an offer on Groupon for Spa session for 2 people. The installations are adequate, but are rather dated and was a buzz kill. My partner however wasn't put off by that and we had a very great couple time.

Correct treatment, but they must take care of their offers to groups, both for birthdays, farewells ... It cannot be that you bring a group of 15 people with the rest of users, who do not have changing rooms with a shower to change and get ready, when later they have hired a dinner in the same venue.
The terrace where you can have a drink and relax is the best.

The hotel is well located and has an area to park, but it needs a remodeling, it is a 4 star old, the room that we touched, although it was wide, had humidity and smelled bad. The staff is kind enough, they are not antipatico but they lack a little courtesy

very, very good hotel, right next to the metro station. Direct connection from the airport with the line 3 in approx. 40 minutes. The breakfast excellent buffet, dinner buffet from 20 clock costs 12, - Euro, something for everyone. Rooms are soundproof and modern equipped. TV 62-64 RTL, RTL2. Hotel a smooth recommendation for Valencia.

Calling it Spa is already so much ... when you enter it you miss the air from how low the ceiling is and because of the condensation .... the jet pool water didn't seem clean to me, a biothermal shower didn't work and neither did the foot bath in the jet, in the Turkish bath I couldn't even get in by the smell that was there. An experience far from relaxing.

We arrived late and as the hotel was full, we were given a huge suite, so we slept great. The hotel looks a bit old but is comfortable. The breakfast quite varied. All right.

I ordered 2 massage services for the couple on their website. 1 massage for a couple + spa and a second massage for a couple + jacuzzi. First they wanted to go to the spa, then massage and then a jacuzzi. We arrived at the hotel where at the reception they asked in surprise where another couple was. And then misunderstandings began. The girl at the reception began to prove that they said on the phone when ordering that there would be 2 pairs, that no one would ever order 2 services in a row and this is our fault. That they called 4 massage therapists and they won t massage us 2 times, and that we cannot return our money. A priori, nobody could tell her that because the order was made for 1 pair and when I spoke on the phone to confirm my reservation, I could not say that there would be 4 people, since there are two of us. The conclusion is as follows: they took money from us for 2 services for 85 , made only 1 service and pocketed money for themselves. Do not go to these scammers! Disgrace

Lacated near the metro station. The Olympia hotel has free parking. The best was the pool and the food!

Wonderful romantic stay. New, nice and spotlessly clean facilities. Very attentive staff. All procedures very fast and simple. Very nice and well organized SPA. The private double cabin with a 25-minute couple's massage and a spectacular 45-minute private Jacuzzi, with cava and chocolates. The dinner served all delicious and very complete. Huge room, very clean, 2 x 2 bed, big TV. Of 10 all, to repeat. Highly recommended.

They should hire a style consultant immediately. I do not consider it a 4 star because to be it you have to look it They are small details, the TV in the room, the sofa out of bed, the pillows, the size of the rooms and the worst of all the buffet that is very improvable, the truth is that for 12 you can not ask for more. The breakfast buffet does not stand out at all either since the pastries are a bit old or not as tender as in other hotels. The hotel staff great but they lack communication with the people at the spa / pool. To my regret, since I am a fan of hotels with a pool even if I have to pay an extra, I do not think I will return. I give it 2 stars for the indoor pool.

My opinion is after repeating for the fifth year for the end of the year event, this 12/31/2019 has been spectacular after 2 years of absence at Olympia, surroundings, attention and dinner. Congratulations.

Regarding the Olimpia gym: Good atmosphere. Muscular equipment somewhat outdated but functional. A lot of classes and comfortable and accessible clothes.

They are very friendly, the gym facilities are very complete, the Spa is very good. I recommend it a lot!

Great place in Alboraya! The rooms are clean and beautiful. I really loved and enjoyed my stay here. Only 4 stars because they didn t habe enough vegan options for breakfast. No Soy Milk for Coffee for example...
