We had a wonderful, laid back dinner to celebrate several birthdays. We were pleasantly surprised to find octopus as an appetizer: one of my husband's favorite dishes. We are a very adventurous gastronomic family and O & O did not disappoint. We had the pork cheeks, monk fish, sable fish and duck crepe. All were executed with precision even though they each required specific cooking techniques.
The service exceeded our expectations.
Thank you for a wonderful evening.
We'll be back for many more.

Food was wonderful and service was great. The food isn't cheap but is an incredibly high quality. We got the crab gratin, oysters, tenderloin and trout and all of it was delicious. Highly recommend for special occasions.

I cannot believe how rude we were treated there. The hostess actually looked at us & said "can I help you?" As if we had no business walking in their establishment. Then we were told we were on a time limit, because our table was reserved for someone @6 (it was 4:30) We decided to spend our money elsewhere

This place is amazing! It is out family tradition to go there for family birthdays! The drink you see is a cocktail I got it specially for my birthday. It has no alcohol in it and it was delicious! I also got these ribs! It was delicious! I highly recommend olive + oak!

You can't go wrong. We love all the small plates. The octopus is our favorite and the vegetable dishes are always wonderful. Great wine and beer selection. A very enjoyable experience all the time.

The appetizer of the crab gratin was incredible. The drinks were very well thought out and the beer selection was on point. The shrimp, in the grilled shrimp entree was overcooked, or maybe just came frozen instead of fresh, but not a big deal.

One of our favorite restaurants in the St. Louis area. Great menu and cocktails. Also, they have been doing a great job in terms of socially distanced dining. They have a great patio and plenty of heaters so it's a place that you can go to even when it's colder outside.

Love the food here. It's comfort food, but with interesting and thoughtful flavors. Great cocktails as well, also cleverly created.

I don't particularly recommend the current outdoor dining experience (as of early January 2020) on cold days. Their space heater set up keeps a bit of you warm on one side and makes the experience tolerable, but a lot of the enjoyment is sucked out. At least for me - to be fair, I am generally somewhat less tolerant of the cold than the average St. Louisan, I'd say.
