I purchased a jump starter to keep at my cabin for ATVs and lawn mowers it worked once. It was the second one from you the first one I had to take back it did not work at all!!! I can't believe that John Force would associate his name with such a poorly manufactured product. Maybe you should spend more money on the battery instead of spending it in Motorsports! Although your products are very consistent it matched the spotlight I purchased with Peaks name on it that worked once and 2 months later did not work at all no matter how long you charged it. I followed the directions and the procedures for both items for setup and this did not matter. The product was garbage from the get-go. I am very disappointed in your products.

I had a few question about a back up camera system. I wrote and email through the "contact us" link in their website, after a couple back and forth emails, my problem was solved and I'm VERY THANKFUL for what they did for me. 5 star customer service.

I purchased a Peak 12v programmable tire inflator ( model PKC0VG ) from a local hardware store 1.5 years ago. It worked once and when I retrieve it from the trunk to fill a flat, it failed to work. Because this unit sat on the shelf at my local hardware store for more that two years Old World would not warranty the unit. Please do not purchase anything from this company. It's Chinese junk !!
