Please do not make a reservation for this tour. My friends and I booked a tour two weeks in advance and paid $150 during the time of booking. We received two confirmation emails and were excited about the rum tour. When we arrived to the site, the front desk worker informed us that they are currently not doing tours due to COVID-19 and a lot of people have been coming in for tours. Being in a pandemic and not being able to operate is totally understandable but it's the lack of communication and customer service that's concerning and the issue. This business took my money and allowed me to reserve a spot for a service they could not provide. I am currently being issued a refund but it doesn't take away the fact that we all paid a $60 Uber fee there and back to have a bad experience. Just as well as they have a "hand sanitizer available" memo listed on their website, they could post that they are not having tours. It was extremely disappointing

Bob gave us a fantastic tour, even though some of the people with us were jerks. All of the rums are fantastic - especially the spice - and enjoy the Gingeroo!!!

Dave was fantastic and really interesting. Great value for money and fabulous rum!!
