Great selection and very helpful staff. Love that they can order online with free shipping if they don't have the right size.

Always love how much I get for the money I spend. They always have some sort of sale. And the clothes hold up to my toddler's fun times.

Nathan the manager there has such awesome customer service skills! He went out of his way for me when I placed a phone call to find out if they had something..... I really appreciated it thank you so much I will definitely be a return customer

Great place to shop. The young lady that help me was very kind.

The jist: "Worth it for sales. It's a corporate box store, expectations are mediocre at best." Store was busy for back to school. It was only about 11:30 or noon and so many displays were ransacked like the aftermath of a viking bingo hall. However, even with the disheveled shelving, and my very common male gut-sized pant measurements still in attendance hoping to blackout a card, it was again -- mediocre at best. On a side note the checkout experience now somewhat resembles Fry's Electronics: a human cattle drive forcing you to wind around ugly socks and overpriced candy that instantly induces a well seasobed parent response of "No, put that back" and children to measure a meltdown of stage 5 magnitude. But hey, thanks Old Navy for trying to squeeze another percentage point in profit by providing unrealstic add-ons and overwhelming anxiety. Otherwise, you know, it's pretty mediocre at best.

I got my favorite pair of jeans here. :) All styles from the store coordinate well together, and there are no unwelcome surprises--everything fits exactly as you'd expect.
The organization makes a lot of sense, and it's easy to find what you're looking for.

This store needs some clean up. There's a lot of clothes on the floor. The employees weren't picking it up also. Smh

They did not have things priced correctly and would not honor their prices listed. Staff was not very friendly and wouldn't get a manager when I questioned the price.

I like to shop at Old Navy however this particular location wasn't the friendliest.

Old Navy is always a great place to shop hands down. They have styles for Anyone and staff to quell the long lines. Stop by and say hello, these guys and gals are very friendly and honest

This Old Navy always has good stuff on their clearance racks. I love coming here, at least once a year, to get new cargo pants. I've never been let down. Staff is friendly and check out is usually quick.

I've only been shopping here recently. However, I have really enjoyed my experience there and found the sales people very helpful. there are helpful in helping us pick out the things we need and it just very friendly and helpful with whatever it is that we need. And they take Google pay if you use that

I went in today specifically to purchase the 4th July shirts as I do every year. I usually can t find one for my husband as he needs 2 or 3 xl. But today I found ONE 3xl and I was so excited and snatched it up along with the others for kids/grandkids. When we went to checkout there was no tag on the shirt - so what ring up another or key it in - they re all $5 right? And if not because it was 3xl I would pay more. But nope, I was told because there was not tag I couldn t purchase it - really, how is that my fault? Then she talked to a manager and then it was said that it was an employee style shirt and shouldn t of been out there... again, how is that my fault? Needless to say, being a General Manager myself, I was very disappointed with how the situation was handled.

It's Old Navy...love it. Very reasonably priced clothes, shoes and accessories. Good quality. They have great sales. Everything is pretty trendy as far as style.

Always well stocked.. plenty to choose from in mens, women's, girls, boys and toddler. Store is always clean and well maintained

Don't really have too many clothes for teenage boys and the styles that they do have are getting really old and corny not a big selection at all

So my ex got me a gift card to here. I went here and ended up getting this jacket that was not a thick jacket but a thin one. I use this jacket for special occasions when it is nippy outside but not cold. I am very thankful that she gave me this gift card. Every time I put on the jacket I remember how cool it was to buy it and not actually have to pay for it.

Organized store, friendly and helpful staff, found some great stuff for cheap!! Note: When they have a sale, you should really just go, you are bound to find something that suites you.

The manager and customer service representative are extremely respectful. But it did take me 7 times to get my daughter the right shoes. Then still get sent the wrong size. Then have to go back in store to exchange in person. For a whole different style.

Went there during my lunch hour and their systems were down. I was told by the store employee they would hold my items for me and also give me an additional 10% off. I called today before going in to the store and they couldn't find them....

Yeah for old Navy finally getting in plus sizes for women. The selection is great and the staff is friendly.

I was shopping needed help finding a pair of leggings and this rotund employee went to look for the size I needed then never came back. Couldn't find any other employees around other than the cashiers who were too busy to help.

The clothes and prices are reasonable, the one cashier was very friendly, BUT other employees not friendly or helpful at all.....

ALWAYS have baby shoe in stock. They are hard to come by these days and i love this location because its never too crowded.

or the men's design clothes for men's is very very average ,even under ,the store itself is always clean and the service is always good

I like old navy, but it's more for younger people. There's not much for baby boomers

Best options for women's jeans. Every fit you can imagine! -1 star for prices. While jeans were reasonable, $25-30 for a shirt is asking a bit much

Took advantage of a great sale today. I bought 4 pairs of skinny Jean's and a jumpsuit. They had a great selection and almost everything was in stock in my size. I could have spent a couple more hours shopping but....
All the employees were very polite and helpful. The fitting rooms were very well kept up. No dust bunnies in the corners and the mirrors were all sparkling clean. My wait in line to check out was a bit longer than I would have liked. Only 2 cashier's ringing up people when the line was 6 people plus.
My only great disappointment was there clearance section. WHAT A DISASTER!!!
Absolutely on organization what so ever. Not to mention there were regular priced items mixed in with final sale stuff. Not just 1 or 2 pieces either.
But over all happy with my purches.

Cheap, cool clothing. Good deals on closeout specials. Sign up for their email list for an endless supply of useful coupons.

Good buys and sales but this store is difficult to manuever. Racks are over filled so can't easily look through the clothes. Signing is difficult to decipher what is actually on sale.
