It is located in Perungudi, OMR and this building has multiple companies in it. Several employees are working in this building. It has a pretty decent parking facility. Moreover they have a very good security services. They check each and every new visitor and then take a photo before allowing them to the building.

Parking is hedious! I don't think there is a safe point of assembly in case of emergency! Fully packed with companies!

Good corporate office complex with facilities needed. Sufficient parking and security processes. There is a corporation garden in front of the building well maintained. There is a food court available in floor 1.

Visitors parking available. Highly secured business location. BPO and IT companies are there.

Nice Tech park right on IT corridor OMR Road Or Rajiv Gandhi Salai. At Ground Floor to get access to rest rooms you need to have an access card to swipe. Wondering what could be the reason to implement such a tight security to get access to rest rooms ???:(

Lifts are worst. So many lifts but you have to wait 5 minutes. Only Nalla sapadu in food court. So almost no option. No proper checking at the gate. Workplaces are not designed aptly. Very dark. No lighting.
