This is the Information Technology (IT) park known as Prince Info City II in Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR) also known as Rajiv Gandhi IT Expressway in Perungudi in Chennai. This is the huge park where many of the Multinational Companies are having offices. SQS is situated in 6th Floor of this building. If you are a visitor, please carry original ID card with you. Also please go 15 minutes earlier, if you are attending the meeting as the security gates are crowded most of the time and collecting the entry pass will take 10 minutes at an average.

Spacious building...no parking problem...enough lifts to accommodate people...no queue

Its contains more offices to get job opportunities for both it employee and non it employee

We need entry pass to enter the prince info city gate. Everything is automated ( gate). It's nearby highway but distance from bus stand almost 500 meters

Prince Info city 1 and prince Infor city 2 are on opposite sides of the same road. This is close to the Vijaynagar bus stand.
There are many shortcuts to reach other parts of Chennai from here. Make sure to ask the locals instead of getting stuck in the traffic which can be very dense around here.
There are no dearth of places to eat and drink.
Prince Info city has a rest area, where visitors are not required to register for entry. It is quite blissful and well maintained.

An amazing architectural building and lots of IT companies in each floor

The lift does not have AC, however the beach view is awesome

The infrastructure was very good and it have a garden in front which s the nice place to relax

Free visitor parking available for cars and two wheelers

In this IT park building there are13 floors in this building which are operational and running lot software companies, big giants like IBM, Tata, Prodapt, SQS, 3i infotech, Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, Olam. There is a food court in the basement and also a City bank ATM, ample car parking facility. No first aid medical facility, no much ATMs, no bank in any floors, food vendor is a monopoly so otherwise it would be 5 star

Very good and big IT park having multiple companies. It's easy to communicate since it's on the OMR road. Bus stand is nearby so it's very easy for all kinds of transport.

Around 10 IT companies are present here, 13 floors. A single vendor canteen for all these companies - food is okay okay type. But we can get many good mess and hotels outside this IT building.

1. Tower has lot of IT software companies.
2. Outside vehicles need to get gate pass.
3. Lift and wheelchair accessible entrance.
4. IBM office located in 11th floor.
5. A good sea view from 9th floor

It's an ok facility.

It has got 3 levels of parking (which is not sufficient for the number of floors)

Food court is very small and options are limited, recently the existing vendor also moved out citing non-profitability

Located on the OMR service road Kandhanchavadi, A second unit of the Prince Tower. Unit 1 is located exactly opposite to this structure.A public park is located inside the campus and well maintained probably by prince management.Outsiders are allowed to the common park area but not their vehicles.

I work here, good place, not too far. Food is very costly both inside and outside.

My second home. Lovely place with lots of greenery. Good infrastructure.

Bit distant from bus stop. Beach view from top floors of building was magnificent. Several food options available in ground floor.

Nice infrastructure near to Kandancavadi bus stop and prefer as IT park. .

Very neat and well maintained place. More than 15 companies are located.

They have a terrible lift technology and so u can will be in good shape by using stairs also you will be focused much in work as there is no cell phone signal access.

Poor lift plan.. quality of food is not good in ground floor cafeteria

Good place for IT...but need some more good maintenance
