A decent IT park with good infrastructure. Located near to kandanchavadi bus stop , next to Vivek's show room. Prince infocity II floors has been filled with some good MNC such as OLAM IBM Prodapt AGS HEALTH Hexaware . It has three parking slots and a decent food court. Hope so will be helpful...

You have TCS, Hexaware and many IT companies. This Software park has 2 phases. Very crowded area

Good atmosphere here. The perfect thing is you can walk in/out within in 2min from entrance to building, will not feel any tiredness. During Chennai floods employees were safe n no impact to campus.

It is a normal business complex, with a food court in the Ground floor but termed as Floor 1. Very close to vivek's shop on OMR road, diagonally opposite kottivakkam saravana bhavan. Food court food prices are very expensive. Otherwise, many eateries around this place, junior kuppanna is just opposite.

It's a neat place to work. But if you are a smoker and think the habit is more important than or as important as your career, I suggest you make a wise decision. I would say The IT parks or hubs without smoking zone is like an aquarium without fish.!

Two office buildings on both side of the OMR road (just opposite to each other) towards Kelambakkam, Thirupporur. Few minutes driving distance from Tidal Park/Elnet City/Thiruvanmiyur Rly Station.

No proper two wheeler parking and poor safety causation.
