Osuuspankki is the most bureaucratic bank in Finland. The customer service staff are quite friendly, but all the functions and processes are rarely messed up in this facility. Conflicting information is provided, it is impossible to find the customer service phone number on the website, etc. Unfortunately, one star has half as much.

Quite a useless place, everything has to be done online.

Pure, nothing else can be praised by people other than in times of scarcity at the coffee shop door.

Luckily I m not their customer or else it s just a very popular place when it always seems to be so very crowded with people. Maybe you can get coffee from there? or buckets .......

Understandably, a lot of customers have to wait for a good moment. My biggest disappointment has been that I have never had direct contact with anyone when I inquire about summer jobs at Vaasa OP.

It took three weeks to respond to the urgent call request, and even then someone called from there but couldn't tell anything.
