Company is not very responsive to inquiries, phone...

Company is not very responsive to inquiries, phone calls, or emails. I called several times for dealer information for 500 series windows, I emailed the owners directly, and I direct messaged via Facebook. It has been almost 3 weeks since my last attempt. Did not hear back, while I lost a client.

I have been dealing with Okna as a purchasing manager of a construction company for the past 5 years. Okna has the absolute worst customer service, the windows are average at best, and if you need a service call, do not even bother. There are so many other window companies out there, why someone would choose Okna is beyond me. Everyone from Beata in shipping to Dorothy in customer service constantly passes the buck. Nobody wants to take any responsibility for Okna's mishaps, which happen often. There are plenty of other window companies out there. Stay away from this horrible company.

I was extra cautious in selecting both the manufacturer and the installer for replacement windows to replace failed windows from Window Wizards. We didn't want to be burned twice.
We bought Okna 500 series replacement windows after a good bit of internet research. We've had the Okna windows for about a year I can write we are very satisfied. We purchased from Universal Windows in W. Berlin, NJ and they installed. I can give them an "excellent" rating as well.

I am very pleased with the windows themselves, however, I am quite frustrated with the customer service. I replaced all of the windows in my house with Okna and used Okna for all windows in the rather larger addition. In total, probably 25 windows. One of the replacement sash windows came "unhinged" when it was tilted for washing. Seems like a simple fix. I have called Okna customer service now 5 times. I spoke with Marge each time. The first time she sent to Ed's voicemail, he never responded. The second call she gave me Ed's email. I sent him a message and a photo of the window. The third time she told me to go online and view a uTube video of how the window works. I did and it did not help. I called yesterday and again was put through to Ed's voicemail, and no response. Next call I will insist on speaking with a supervisor and if it continues, I will contact the BBB and even action news, if necessary.

Far and away the best window I've ever delt with. I've been in the home remodeling business for 20 years. Okna windows are the most advanced and accurate windows I've ever ordered. They make it easy to satisfy my customers.

We have been using OKNA windows for 7 years in our installations. We have a lot of compliments and very few complaints about OKNA windows. It is a durable, high energy efficient and attractive window. We like working with OKNA Windows and doors company, because they do not rest on their achieved success. The company constantly innovating and improving existing products as well as introducing new modern designs and more durable hardware. Thank you OKNA Windows Company for great products, that allow us to keep our customers happy and when our customers are happy, we are happy as well!!

Customer service is poor. Windows are 'average' at best. Had to go directly to plant in Bristol PA. to get my problem addressed because problem was ignored by OKNA. Was left in lobby for an hour before Lukas , a worker there, asked me to leave. He said ' take us to court'. Very rude a d unprofessional. I do not recommend.

Okna makes a great window. We had the Okna 600 ser...

Okna makes a great window. We had the Okna 600 series installed last year by a company in New Jersey and they really made a big difference in the winter and also during these hot days of summer. We had one small issue and it was taken care of quickly by both okna and our contractor.
Additionally, they look very nice with a high end look. Im a pretty picky person and we love the windows !

Okna Windows and Doors MFG (Bristol, Pa) sent us a...

Okna Windows and Doors MFG (Bristol, Pa) sent us a monitor for repair. They said the problem was curser is going down. calibration is not possible . We inspected, tested and retested the unit and it worked fine for us. We had a picture, tested the touch 20 - 30 times, and calibrated the unit 3 times. We emailed the customer that we had found no problem with the unit. He responded first by saying that we should duplicate his environment because he had high humidity conditions . (We are in Houston, Tx)

After speaking with Tom Cieslik (who appears to have written this review) we said that the monitor was not repairable by us because we found no problem, could not duplicate his problem, and he then thought that the problem may be with his 16 year old computer out in the plant.

We sent an email asking him to call with the credit card information for the $69 minimum bench charges and shipping. Mr Cieslik called and discussed the repair again, had no problem with the $69 bench charge. He offered a credit card that we don t advertise that we take. I told him that we would take his Mastercard or Visa card. He said he didn t have one. I offered to take his company check; he said he wasn t going to send one. I said how do you want to pay, he responded with you figure it out . We said we would and ended the phone call.

We figured out that he could send us a wire transfer via Western Union. We emailed that this was the only method of payment that we would now accept because of this rudeness.

We have a written apology by Pawel Kaniewski, Tom s boss. Also let me appoligize (their spelling) for Tom. Computer guys do not have great people skills so he might have talked to you the wrong way.

They then offered a company Mastercard (which he originally didn t have) and a company check. Because of his rudeness on the phone telling us to figure it out , and because he originally told us he didn t have another credit card to use, and would not send a check, and the high potential for this customer creating a chargeback, we held to our decision of only accepting cash payment from this customer. Actions have consequences. This was a small inconvenience for them to pay for their rudeness.

He sent an email that he was going to figure out how to pay for our service and that this case is going to be send (his spelling) to our attorney . I guess confirms our thinking of the high potential for the chargeback on the credit card.

He said he would sue us because we were stealing his monitor. They have never paid us anything. They filed suit in his local county small claims court, 1.6 miles from their location, with no jurisdiction to anyone outside of their county, and received a $1,200 default judgment. It cost them more to file the suit than the $69 he refused to pay us. We didn t incur the costs of defense since there was no jurisdiction in a court almost 1600 miles away. They asked for $1200 when all they had to do was pay us $69 and get their own unit back. They have paid us nothing.

Why would we be stealing his monitor, we told him that it worked fine for us. If we were going to steal it, wouldn t we have told him that it was not repairable by us because it didn t work and we couldn t figure out how to fix it that charge is also $69.00?

Then Tom C posted on the web shown with his picture holding a jug of liquor, that "they have stoled (his spelling) my monitor", and "thay (his spelling) couldn't figure out what's wrong" (when we told them it fine for us), and "didn't accept my company credit card", and "we've won a civil case", and ended with advice to me on how to run a business and treat people. We are still waiting for our $69.

I've installed OKNA WINDOWS Patio Door with blades...

I've installed OKNA WINDOWS Patio Door with blades inside glass units and intuition hardware.
It was 3 years ago and my doors still working perfect and shades preventing my South sided kitchen from strong sunlight.
I'm very happy with this purchase and installation.

We just had 5 Okna windows installed. The installer had only been gone three hours when I asked my husband to show me how to tilt the window in to clean it. The window fell off the track and when he managed to get it back, it won't close all the way down. We had to go to bed with the window open 8 inches on the bottom. What junk. You would expect your brand new expensive windows to last more that one use. Do Not Buy Okna. I am so disappointed I could cry. We replaced these windows for the express purpose of easy cleaning and low maintenance. HA, what a joke.

Excellent Products A++ Service.
I've replaced my double hang windows in my home.
Price for DH400 was very satisfy and my order was made on time.
APEX (Okna Windows Store) is on Rt 13 in Bristol, very close to factory and my order was right on time to pickup.

I contacted the company about new windows. In a matter of minutes I was able to make an appointment with a representative, who then explained everything in detail and we booked an installation appointment for all of the windows in my condo. The guys were quick, thorough and very professional. Highly satisfied

I have been selling, servicing and installing vinyl window products since the mid 1980's and I can honestly say that OKNA window products are far and away the most technically advanced and accurately produced products I have ever experienced.

It doesn't matter what the product series or type of window you order, what you will receive is an outstanding product.

This company is a deception, THEY PUT YOU TO WORK AND THEN DONT PAY YOU !! They did make my husband work very hard driving a truck and unloading it during 3 days after that they fire him and now the owner s son Pawel K. doesn t want to pay him.

Don t not make the same mistake about buying OKNA ...

Don t not make the same mistake about buying OKNA doors. The company don t stand behind there products. I got a sliding door that has misfits like when it rain the water reach the inside sliding channels. OKNA has been to my house twice and the issue not resolved. Please think twice before you buy this kind of product. Also the stuff are not professional and very rude on the phone as well as in person. Horrible company and product
