Best voice over internet phone service we have had--and we have had a few now, after a decade in business. OIT VOIP has the easiest, user friendly portal to manage on my own for my small business in dermatology. We get the fastest return on any questions, tickets answered with lightening speed. Glad that Heathcare Technology Advisors recommended this company. Very happy to have made the switch.

I can t say thank you enough to the OITVOIP team. Sean and Matt were able to walk us through the process and simplify how to add VoIP to our existing offering. This has allowed our company to become a more holistic solution to our clients. If you are looking for a true value add vendor/partner relationship this is the company. They have a great VoIP product, top notch customer service, and they go above and beyond to help with our marketing and sales efforts.

We are lucky enough to have OITVIOP! Each time we have had an issue (including post hurricane) as we call for assistance, we get a person answering the phone immediately, no kidding!!! I love this company, they always fix our problem right away. Such a breeze in dealing with them! They're keepers for sure. Thank you!!!!

I have been partnered with OIT for a while now and they are amazing! No matter what the needs are they are quick to respond and help. Whether it is sales support or technical support, the entire OIT team is very knowledgeable, very friendly, and very quick to respond. Their platform is very easy to use and extremely reliable. The softphone interface and the mobile app work perfect! Sean Lardo and Marissa Orsini are the best to work with and have become good friends as well!

What a great phone and service. I'm coming from a land line that barely handles call forwarding.

In a few easy steps in was able to setup call routing auto attendant rules based on the time of day!

Custom message delivered to caller after hours indicating higher charges for after hours support before they proceed.

Integration with my cell phone. The ability to send and receive text messages on my work phone line!

I'm sure there are features I haven't even discovered yet!

Ray and his team are easy to work with, support is quick to help.

I might just be a customer for life!

Just had a call from Joshua for a support issue with a three way call.
He's on the ball and knows his stuff.
I'm extremely happy with the depth of knowledge and support he was able to provide me.
A+ on the support department today.

Outstanding client support. Oit excels in service delivery and makes every one of their clients feel like they are number one. It is clear that Ray and his team have put in the time to develop a user friendly VoIP platform, and pair it with high quality FAST customer support. I can't recommend them enough, as they will really go the extra mile.

I have the pleasure of dealing with OIT support team on numerous occasion. This last time I had the pleasure of speaking with Marrisa, who was extremely knowledgeable, polite and very professional. She took the time to explain every detail of the issue I was having. She followed up with me after business hours and again this morning to make sure things are working as intended and if she can help in any other way. I myself working in tech customer service can only strive to be at least half of what Marissa is!!! Ray she's a keeper!!!
