OIC of South Florida (OIC-SFL) is a non-profit organization that has been serving the community for over 50 years. As a 501(c)(3) organization, OIC-SFL is committed to helping people become self-sufficient through workforce development training, family strengthening, and job placement.

In addition to our workforce development programs, we also offer family strengthening services designed to help families thrive. Our family strengthening program provides support for parents who are struggling with parenting challenges or other issues that may be impacting their ability to provide for their families.

At OIC-SFL we understand that finding employment can be challenging which is why our job placement services are so important. We work closely with local employers across various industries including healthcare providers such as Jackson Health System & Memorial Healthcare System; hospitality companies such as Marriott International & Hilton Worldwide; construction companies such as Suffolk Construction & Moss Construction; retail giants like Walmart & Target among others -to connect qualified candidates with available positions.

Our commitment doesn't end once someone secures employment -we continue providing support even after they've landed a job by offering ongoing career coaching sessions aimed at ensuring long-term success on the job.
