I sent my AO Thompson SBR in to have a new barrel installed. They are one of the only places in the country that I have found capable of this conversion. Not only was the price of labor far cheaper than I expected, but their gunsmith probably exchanged upwards of 20 emails with me prior to the job itself. The quality of the work was factory-level and when there was a slight hiccup, they went overkill with customer service - providing me with a solution that anyone would consider far better than fair. I definitely recommend them.
Went with my bf to pick up a few assault rifles he ordered. He is a regular customer and a 6 time veteran, so they invited us in for a tour and we got to see inside the vault. It was awesome! They have all manner of mechanized death from all over the world. One of the coolest experiences of my life!!
They sent my order by the wrong shipping service (I paid extra). Because of that, I missed the delivery and was massively inconvenienced trying to get my hands on the shipment. Customer service offered NO help at all nor did they refund my shipping costs as they should have since they didn't even ship using the upgraded shipping service I paid for. As far as I am concerned, taking my money and not giving me what I paid for makes them crooks. F-
brought my truck here for an oil change. fast and friendly service.
I bought a skid of hotchkiss plus few other mags
and their was a lot of culls
nothing in mags
They repaired me M1919A4, I took it to a WW2 reenactment in New Mex, March on Rome. It never missed a beat. I thought the repair work was expensive, but it was well worth it.
Pretty weak customer service, and people with minimal knowledge answering the phone lines. These guys make a decent product, but are a little snobby and tough to deal with when something is broken or not working properly. I called for some basic technical info on a gun they have made for years and was simply told "that information doesn't exist". You don't know what materials you are building your own guns out of? Come on guys...
sent my gun in to be repaired. I talked to the owner and was told i would get a quote on the work needed once the gun arrived and that it would be started in 3 months with a max of 6 months (which he laughed and said 6 months was not going to happen- it will be sooner)...3 months into the process i call asking for my quote and was given $3000-$4000 which blew me away as all the gun needed was some refinishing and tightening(i had expected $1000-1500)...no parts were needed!!!!!(just refinish the tube and tighten the stock and tube). I was also told it would now be 6 months+ until they even start my gun. I asked to ship it back. I just got my CC Statement and i was charged $215!!!...ive shipped a few guns and know its around $165 range every time...i suspect they added $50 for their troubles.....upon asking for them to send the gun back the owner acted angry and had no memory of the 3 month time line..i am fixing the gun myself as the issues are minor---i will have $400 or less into the repairs vs their $3,000-$4,000....i have no idea where they get their pricing. They were unprofessional to me and did not do what was promised all the way through the process...
