I have been so happy with Ohio Mutual. The prices are amazing and the customer service has always treated me well. I do recommend this company.

Our claim was handled so efficiently and with professionalism. Not always expecting a claim to be taken care of this quickly with no drama. We cannot express how happy we were to be taken care of so well. Kudos to Ohio Mutual!!

Ohio Mutual is a great Insuance company to work with from when you are first buying insurance, the policy is reviewed with you to make sure you have all the coverage needed, and when you need them for a claim, The team at Ohio Mutual I worked with was great.
The process was easy and the claim was completed within a few days.

wind damage--Dan Long reasonable man to reach settlement. Quick payment, Mr Long more than fair in my favor for claim and did not over depreciate. I can purchase lower cost insurance. Happy with what I have low price is not everything when you need real coverage.

I'm thinking I am treated like family. I feel secure with the policies they offer and have found them to be of value. The only other feature I would like to see in the future is a video connect capability because of the distance of the insurance office.

I had never heard of OHM prior to my agent recommending I switch over a few years ago. The coverage was better and price cheaper. With less known carriers you sometimes roll the dice with how the claims experience will be. Unfortunately I had to submit a claim recently and was utterly impressed with the quality of customer service and responsiveness I received. The claim's adjuster I worked with helped to take any additional stress of an inherently stressful situation.

The agent took the time to explain each policy to me and I felt like he was very professional and took my concerns seriously. Thankfully, I have not had to make any claims, but it's nice to know they will be there if I need to. They treat you like family.

We have had OMI for two years now. Their rates are great - we've saved a lot of money on our premiums with them. We had a cracked windshield in May and we were amazed at how fast they worked with us to repair and pay for this service. In addition to our positive experience with OMI, we love our agent, Anna Chapman at Elias Insurance Agency on Manchester Road. She is the best.

The owner and myself have a long history of client/owner relationships and they have all been great experiences. Most everyone that s a client could say they are greeted by name if they still stop in to say hello or pay a bill, very comforting and enjoy the small chit-chat myself!
