Awful customer service which is such a shame as this shop could be so great. The products are superb. I have ordered on two separate occasions, the products have to come from the USA but this isn’t mentioned on their website, everything looks in stock but it isn’t. All you get is excuses, we’re a team of two blah blah. It’s not uncommon to wait a month for your order, I know of someone who is still waiting after 2.5 months, no updates….appalling, I will never use this shop again and the owners couldn’t care less.
