I just returned from a terrible experience with OIG. I saw a Steelcase desk chair advertised on their Facebook marketplace page and confirmed by Facebook Messenger that the chair was still available. They said it was. I drove 35 minutes to look at the chair and when I arrived he showed me a chair different than the one in the picture. When I pointed out that the picture in the ad was a different chair, he got defensive, wouldn't admit that it was a mistake, and never apologized. If it's an honest mistake, no big deal. Mistakes happen. But when you get defensive, it makes me think it is not an honest mistake.
I am out the gas money and tolls to drive out to see a chair that you advertised, but don't have. You could have at least apologized.
