I didn't feel myself welcomed there at all. They don't offer the passport stamps anymore. Two stars for a map with the GP track route marked in it.

Unbelievably helpful staff.
I get that this is what the staff are meant to do, but they were polite, patient and couldn't be more helpful.

Ladies at the help desk are polite and helpful. They helped me with the bus schedule, and with a city map. It was quite a walk getting there for me. Since I got down at a stop which was a bit far. But the ladies were kind and helpful.

I just had the WORST customer service of my entire life. A middle aged lady named Eileen or Erin at the Monaco Tourist Office was completely rude and very condescending. She had a serious attitude problem and even became angry and aggressive when I asked if she could please recommend some interesting places to visit. The reply I got was - 'How can I recommend anything! I don't know your taste and you should get a map and do your own research.' She was very aggressive and it was a MOST unpleasant experience. I would avoid this office and don't even bother as the staff was not interested at all to help. Hugely disappointing!
