Not sure about all these complaints...we have had no issues. The training has been spot on and for the cost we love it!
Worst software of all time!!!
You are with patient and type their history or treatment plan. Guess what? You get connection error.
Sometimes logs you out and you loose your note as well as unable to log in to the system.
Imagine you are with patient and you do not any history about the patient.
So embracing most of the time..
I so appreciate this company and the exceptional well trained staff who are always available to assist in any situation. I am amazed at the knowledge and the expert advice I get each time I phone. As a small business owner, this has been a big blessing allowing me to run my small practice. Thank you for being part of providing therapy services to special needs children. You free me up to do what I was trained to do and allow me to get paid for my services.

Poor customer service. No tech support. No voice calling. Long wait times to speak to rep and never got through after holding for 30 minutes. Obviously they do not need my business.
I have been using office ally for 12 years and have found them to be excellent with customer service. They provide my practice all the services that I need. Recently I add intake pro and patient portal. They were amazing in helping me set up all the paper work needed. The only area I am currently not using is the credit card payment processing because I was able to find a better company outside the system.
Overcharged! Tried to get a backup disc to cancel our service with them. They then stated that we owed a missed month of service. We've been with them for 23 months and have now paid 24 months of service. Spoke with two different representatives because customers are unable to speak to accounting directly and she basically said that our account was started on 10/31/14 and that we were charged $29.95 for the month of October regardless of our start date being the last day of the month. This seems completely unethical to me.

Great service. Has made my life so much easier. Also feel really good about electronic billing and having reasonably priced electronic medical records.
Quinten was a complete jerk for the training. Hopefully I can speak to someone who understands all of this is already frustrating for most and isn't trying to throw attitude to NEW USERS.
