Odoc has great doctors and good facilities. However, the app can improve a lot. Specially the messaging facility and the call quality has a lot of issues.

Really happy with my experience. The doctor was friendly and helped resolve my problem with professional ease. The whole process was smooth and I will definitely be using ODoc again!

Consultation with your choice of doctor is a very good option. Selection of doctors are good and the consultation period is not rushed and is conducted in a very friendly manner but I m yet to experience the video consultation.

I would like to have the app do the booking follow up rather than the patient to book the appointment. This would increase the user friendliness and add a personalized approach to the patient keeping them in check.

I m happy about the consultation but have other views on the medicine delivery setup by oPharma. Therefore 3 stars.

Medicine prescribed not available with the pharmacy.
Need substitute, suggest to have facility in the app to explain the doctor the situation and request the substitute.
This on line service we used mainly to avoid Going out and exposing to the virus.
Inclusion my suggestion In to the app expect you will take positively.

This is a really good alternative to actually going out to meet medical personnel if it's just a consultation done visually. I did require a medical view point for my daughter and it was really successful. The call centre staff is also very courteous, helpful and informative.

This is one of the best apps that gives advice and observations from experienced doctors while maintaining the health of me and my family in times of danger of not being able to go out of the house. This is the best medium that anyone can easily use.

ODoc is the best app I found to channel any local doctor, talk, video call, get prescription and medicine delivered, all from phone. More can keep chatting with doc updating my condition as if Dr is near to me. With oDoc meeting a doctor is contact less and time effective. I highly recommend to use.

Highly recommended. Easy way to consult a doctor. Signal issues need to be improved. However, when you need it the most you get the excellent service. Cheers!
