Bad! It started very well. Yes very easy very simple. Smooth. Then in October 2024 it stopped sending SMS to the country I am from. Then I ended up contacting support for the most basic aspects on my account and personal information. They even asked for photos of me using my computer and receiving their emails and such, all because they don't send sms to my country anymore. Why did they let me create an account in the first place if later they were going to come up with that? It would have been better if they just rejected the creation of the profile 5 years ago and clearly stating that they have some problem with my country. Now everytime I have to change email or any challenge I have to contact them because they can't SMS, and their response time is more than 24-48 hours.
