Odessa technologies, inc. Review

I given interview in Odessa technology, first day when I given that day first round was written technical then followed by technical face to face.

HR radhika kulkarni told me that mohan you are selected for further and next round will be conducted in week days.

Then again she asked me to come for one more round after a week and I went there.
As per my understanding interview was quite well, but I realised like they had already decided but they were just doing formality like we have done our process.

Anyway thanks for considering my profile and provide me one lesson.

This is one of the Top most company and this is huge one.
One more think, the staff of this company is not allowed to click any photos of inside office decoration and this type of companies are always good assets for banking sector also..

I've attended the first ever hackathon conducted by Odessa and it was good. All the people of Odessa were very friendly and helped us a lot. I got selected after attending the final HR found which was also good. I don't know anything about the work environment since I haven't joined yet. Hoping to get along with everyone and rock !

Overall a good company and good enviornment at work place.

Their office is located a bit inside from the main Sarjapur road, but a well maintained organization with a peaceful environment.

The company approached our college for campus recruitment and the interview process happened at their main campus in Bangalore ...
The first round was Gd followed by 2 technical rounds and I was said by the Hr am selected for the final round ...
So totally they shortlisted about 21 people from our college out of which they randomly choose about 14 resumes for the final rounds and I was one among the rest whom they never called for the final round despite the information given by the Hr stating I've been selected for the final round which was also informed to the college ...
I later tried contacting the company ... They were very rude and asked me to wait when I said about the query ...
I finally got the contact details of the Hr who received my call and pretended that she was busy and when i tried calling her later she blocked my no ...
This is my honest feedback ...
Nothing to blame the company .. but please understand one thing if y'all don't want to select a candidate please tell them that their rejected so that they don't wait for your call and waste their time ...
Don't give a interview and be disappointed ...
