This is an awesome place the staff is top shelf and they truly care about you and go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend this place to anyone who ever has to have anything done. Truly an amazing place and staff. I even told my husband that if I ever have to go to the hospital that I will only go back here hands down.
I have been here several times for my doctor appointments and I have always been treated with exceptional care. The staff is all friendly and wonderful and I have never had any issues. I don t ever feel rushed at my appointments and they answer any and all questions I have and they really provide a peace of mind.
This place is head and shoulders above the other local hospital. The staff here are ALL so friendly and helpful. Even in the little Cafe downstairs everyone is so sweet! The cashier, in particular, lifts your spirits . Not once have we been made to feel a bother. Love it
Very bad experience. Till this day I don t know if I m negative or positive from COVID 19, I need a confirmation that I m negative to show to work. I have not gotten notified or call to let me know my results. 2 weeks later and I m still home waiting on my results . I tried calling multiple times and no response.
Staff was very professional and helpful. Seemed liked they cared about their patients. Test results were back within 24 hours and the online portal made it easy to view my results. Thanks for being there
I went in after being rear ended last Friday night the entire staff was friendly and really gave me a different respect for all our first responders may you all stay safe blessed and healthy
I had surgery, it was supposed to be an outpatient procedure just in & out. BUT I had a small complication, however the nursing staff was able to handle it and get me out the very next day. From what I saw the hospital is extremely sanitary the staff is helpful and caring. Once again the nursing staff is very knowledgeable, quick on their feet. The food was not bad. On top of that the hospital gave me a discount on a quick pay, part of my bill that the insurance did not cover. I truly suggest if you have the money go this route, it's a decent discount. I'm very satisfied and happy with the level of care, I received. I hope this helps you out if you are looking for a hospital. 5 's yes I believe they deserve that.
Giving only 4 stars because NEVER saw surgeon, not before or after surgery. NEVER have I had any procedure that doctor performing it didn't ask for an office visit and/or visit with me before AND after procedure. Didn't leave an easy feeling for the patient. Otherwise, was very impressed with ORH. The level of cleanliness and sanitation of surfaces surpassed any medical location I've visited since the pandemic began. If someone moved from a seat, someone was there sanitizing the surfaces. So appreciated by an immunocompromised patient!
The registration office told me to be there at 8:30. The doctor did not come for me till 1:30 and was a little upset that I was told to be there so early
The nurses in the waiting area were wonderful. The RN checked on us several times. The nurse taking care of me was great. IV was in on the first try and didn t hurt. She was right there if I needed her.
I ve delivered at ORMC with both of my babies. I ve had a great experience both last time and this most recent time giving birth to my healthy baby girl on 9/20/2021. Highly recommend the additional care and support you receive at ORMC over that of Medical Center.
