My food delivery from Oddle was picked up by a Lal...

My food delivery from Oddle was picked up by a Lalamove driver. Restaurant informed me that the food was handed over to the Lalamove driver at approximately 12.20pm. However, food was only delivered to us at 2pm. When contacted, driver said that Lalamove had scheduled her to deliver another parcel before our food delivery. Does it even make sense to schedule delivery of a parcel when a food order has been collected already? Needless to say, our $80 worth of food arrived completely cold and soggy since the driver held onto the food for more than 1.5h before delivery. Oddle should seriously reconsider your choice of delivery partner. Will not be ordering from Oddle again after this extremely disappointing experience.

EDIT: oddle's reply below claimed that they had previously tried contacting me. For the record, they did not. My order number is #000143. Appreciate if you can reach out to me. I am also pending a refund from the restaurant for an item they were not able to deliver. It has been more than 5-10 working days (timeline committed by Oddle's customer service agent) but I have not received the refund yet.

Totally don t recommend ordering via Oddle. Irresponsible and unreliable.

I had place an order 1 day in advance for dinner delivery from pepperoni (frankel) on 31st December 18:30-19:00.

At 18:52 I received a call from pepperoni them saying delivery will be delayed due to Oddle having a lack of delivery riders.

At 19:28 I received another call from saying there is still no riders available. Then I suggested for them to use Grab express. The manager at the pepperoni was not aware of such service and said he will check and call me back.

Then for 1 hour, no reply.

Then finally at 20:30 I received a call from a lala move rider that he will be delivering me my food

Food finally arrived at 21:05. My guest have arrived at 18:00 and have to wait 3 hours for pizza. Unbelievable. Especially since I ordered 1 day in advance

Same as the other reviews. Food took crazy long to arrive. Delivery person to +45 minutes to deliver a 15 minute drive. Sat for +20 minutes on some side road.
Can't contact driver either because the "call driver" button does not work.
Use another service.

Worst ordering experience ever. Will never place any order again through Oddle.

1. Although an one-off discount was offered to new customer, some food items prices were marked up by >60%. The total bill was at least 10% higher than if ordering directly from the restaurant or any competing platform.

2. Restaurant staff also mentioned that Oddle has adjusted the price, and is the most expensive among all platforms they partner with.

3. The order was not received by the restaurant 1 hour after transaction was completed. It was faster to walk-in, order, and pick-up, than ordering through Oddle.

4. Multiple errors and site crashes occurred when placing order, applying a promo code, and making payment.

It s a pity that Google doesn t allow 0 star rating.

No confirmation of my order after days of placing ...

No confirmation of my order after days of placing orders. No telephone number to seek help. No live chat response to seek help. Called the restaurant for help, they told me i hv to refer to oddle sonce order placed thru their website. Now i m in a fix not knowing what is happeming to my mum's birthday dinner

Food was late, so I contacted the restaurant to enquire the status of my order. Found out that while the restaurant has prepared the food/order, third party delivery services have yet to be arranged/coordinated by Oddle.

Contacted Oddle for help with the cancellation and refund - and the process was extremely painful. Had to wait for 30 mins for a reply, and the extremely unhelpful advice include:

1. Waiting
2. Cancelling (which I had to arrange with the restaurant, and at the restaurant's discretion)
3. Arranging for a self-pickup

But why should the customer be expected to handle the coordination?!

Delivery services were finally arranged by Oddle - 1.5 hours after the food was supposed to arrive. Dinner was received 0.5 hour later - cold.

No apologies whatsoever from the Oddle support staff.

Extremely disappointing.

Suggestion: Give a courtesy call to customers if there is a shortage of drivers etc. ahead of time

Worst ordering experience.

Worst ordering experience.
I wanted to try Huraideu burger, but GrabFood does not deliver to my location. Then I saw alternative to pick up from Oddle and it is in Orchard, so I went down. It ended up a long walk from MRT and a very deserted spot. Upon reaching, the staffs were not very responsive, simply said they do not take direct order. So I ordered through Oddle website, the meal was $24.27.
Later when I check back GrabFood, it is only $19.17 + $4 delivery = $23.17. I went through so much hassle to self pick up and already stood in front of the staffs, but paid $5.10 more.
This is ridiculous.
