My food delivery from Oddle was picked up by a Lalamove driver. Restaurant informed me that the food was handed over to the Lalamove driver at approximately 12.20pm. However, food was only delivered to us at 2pm. When contacted, driver said that Lalamove had scheduled her to deliver another parcel before our food delivery. Does it even make sense to schedule delivery of a parcel when a food order has been collected already? Needless to say, our $80 worth of food arrived completely cold and soggy since the driver held onto the food for more than 1.5h before delivery. Oddle should seriously reconsider your choice of delivery partner. Will not be ordering from Oddle again after this extremely disappointing experience.
EDIT: oddle's reply below claimed that they had previously tried contacting me. For the record, they did not. My order number is #000143. Appreciate if you can reach out to me. I am also pending a refund from the restaurant for an item they were not able to deliver. It has been more than 5-10 working days (timeline committed by Oddle's customer service agent) but I have not received the refund yet.
