I hired this service for my pond maintenance, hoping for a smooth experience. 🚫 The initial consultation went well, but follow-up communication was lacking. I felt left in the dark about what to expect next. The work itself took longer than promised, and the results were not up to par. The fountain I had installed had issues shortly after, and getting a response for repairs took several attempts. 🤔 While the team seemed knowledgeable, the service didn't meet my expectations.
